Our North Claiborne Avenue distillery reflects our love of New Orleans and commitment to making spirits with a sense of place. We have a lot of fun here and we’d love to welcome you for a tour and spirits tasting. The distillery is also available to host one-of-a-kind private events.

Zeke was an awesome tour guide funny and personable. The different varieties of spirits were great! I enjoyed learning how to make a good old fashion. 10/10 for me.

We did the tasting, tour and cocktail class. The staff (Zeke and Rene) were informative, personable and fun! Great atmosphere, wonderful people and amazing drinks! Great first night in NOLA!

What an amazing adventure while in town. Got to learn a little about the history of New Orleans, the making making of spirits, and the staff really took the time to answer questions about everything New Orleans. This is one tour you shouldn’t miss. Zeke and Rene were gems.

Such a great time! Super interesting and loved hanging out at the bar after with Rene and Tina. Highly recommend this tour. I’m not a huge bin fan but it was fun to taste all the different types of liquor they had.

Rene was fantastic! Very informed on the history and process of this distillery and also what sets them a part from others. Had a great time sampling and learning. I would highly recommend. While this was described as a young distillery, it is very mature in operations and taste. Had fantastic spirits.

I was the only one on this tour and she did a great Job on explaining what this company does and their how they made the winery from the beginning BUT they don't make any smaller size of their Spirits to carry home with me but I bought me one to take home but I want to get the collection of the wineries.
