Colin was so nice and accommodating as we went to the wrong location. He graciously added us to the next tour and we had a great time. The samples were good and you get quite a few. The overall place was nice. My friend and I stuck around for some live music after the tour. Definitely recommend

Ward was very friendly and very inviting. He and I literally had a one-on-one tasting experience as I was the only one there. We had a great conversation not only about liquors and The distillery but about racing another interest that we both had. Even though we were in a singular location, Ward made the experience worth doing. I will stop in to say hi to him the next time I'm in Nashville. If you have a chance to do this to her I would highly recommend it.

Great introduction to new Tennessee Whiskey. Bar area available to hang out in before and after tour with live music. Tour itself was great with many samples to try and great conversation with guide (and lucky us, distiller Hailey as well!). Educational and fun, totally worth it. They’re putting out serious spirits from their various locations.

Molly was a great host. Very knowledgeable and personable. Great samplings...bought items to take home to Philly.Only item I would change is meeting point on Cool Destinations says meet at foot of pedestrian bridge. At time of tour, no one was there. Luckily, we went inside green machine to ask.

We LOVED this place!!! Big Machine is such a cool spot! The tasting was awesome and Molly was great! All of their staff is amazing! We liked this place so much we ended up coming back a couple of times during our vacation. Totally recommend! oh and btw...try their Bushwacker!
