Overview

Are you looking to explore the gorgeous reefs of the Florida Keys ? Are you also looking to go out on a snorkeler friendly boat? Then you have the found the tour for you! Welcome to our newest tour option on the newest snorkel boat in Key Largo. On our morning trips we head out on our 2022 51' catamaran the Calypso to the beautiful John Pennekamp Coral Park and snorkel two different reefs for 45 minutes at each site. The reefs we visit are no deeper than 25' which is great for snorkelers, and the same reefs come up to as shallow as 5-10' from the surface in some parts which makes it perfect for our snorkelers - both kids and adults. We visit some of the most popular sites including Christ of the Abyss, Horseshoe Reef, Grecian Rocks, Banana Reef and more daily (weather conditions and mooring space permitting at the dive sites).

The second reef stop was amazing. Waters a little rough at the first stop. Would have liked to see the statue or shipwreck, but apparently that’s subject to the conditions.

I loved seeing so many different kinds of fish and the submerged Jesus of the Abyss statue. Our Captain Robert and First Mate Eddie were great. They taught us everything we needed to know and everyone had a great time!

We got to see 2 great reef locations. We really appreciated that we got a call to reschedule our tour since the day we originally booked had poor visibility. It was very easy to book and check in, and everyone from the people on the phone to the crew on the boat were very nice and helpful.

This was my third snorkel ever. Gabby was super patient and encouraging. I was really nervous about getting in the water. She worked with me to be sure I was confident in my snorkel and helped me with my fins when I was struggling. The boat is brand new and very clean. The snorkel equipment was a really good quality. There were snacks and drinks provided for those that wanted them. They had reef safe sunscreen for those that needed it and first aid when a passenger got stung by a jellyfish. I thoroughly enjoyed my time on the boat and in the water. We did two drops and saw so many different things. I absolutely recommend this company everyone was awesome!

Silent World was lovely and felt like a family - they were caring, thoughtful, and attentive! The price was slightly more that the competitors on trip advisor but those others charge a fee for the mask so there isn’t a price difference. Everyone from the Captain to the First Mate were awesome! Special shout out to the ladies who work the counter and shop. I’m terrible with names but the two ladies who helped us were so kind and patient (we were buying some thread wallets in the shop) and helped us choose colors. The ladies were especially amazing with our daughter and have her a special little gift! Can’t recommend them enough!!!
