Overview

Our tours are geared towards first time and new paddlers. We go at your speed so you don't have to worry about going out and getting exhausted. Grab a friend and come along for a unique adventure on the #1-rated Eco-Tour through the mangrove ecosystem. Choose your kayak - single or double - and glide in our shallow clear water over sponges, grass beds, and sandy patches. Looking down, you might see a small nurse shark, turtle, or stingray, or can observe dolphins and manatees. Above water, herons, pelicans, and ospreys settle on the mangroves and hunt for fish. While there are no guaranteed wildlife sightings, we always see something cool in this one-of-a-kind estuary ecosystem that starts right outside the back door of our shop.

Awesome experience!! While it was a windy day and no manatees were seen, the overall experience of kayaking in the mangroves was an awesome experience. Many fish and crabs were seen and a few jelly fish too. This is a great experience for even beginners but for someone who is at least somewhat fit as kayaking against currents was a bit difficult at times.

This was a well organized event. The guide was very knowledgeable and attentive. She took everyone's safety very serious. We saw a small croc and some birds birds nest and eggs. The mangroves are a different environment to experience if you have never seen or done it before.
