Premium Loose Leaf Tea and Chocolate Tasting
Overview
Spend time being a real chocolatier. Make your own truffle ganache, learn about infusing flavors. Prep and use various treats to dip or coat your finished ganache. Best of all, you get to take home what you make (unless it gets mysteriously consumed before you make it out the door).
Criteria is “You must be fun!”
Chocolate can be messy so we’re providing an apron for use. We also recommend closed toed shoes. Age 13 and up. If you have any questions please let us know.

What To Expect
At Mamancy we understand that there is nothing like hands-on experience. We’re assembling classes and events that can build palates, learn about chocolates and confectionery. Join us for hands-on chocolate truffle, tea tasting classes, High Tea/ Afternoon Tea and special events.
Tea Tasting: Learn about tea, herbal tea blending, proper tea brewing and tea tasting events.
High Tea / Afternoon Tea events: By the late 19th century, the concept of an afternoon break with tea and snacks had evolved beyond a simple light meal into a cultural phenomenon, Mamancy tea shop offers a choice of delicious teas with an array of different flavors and nibble on assorted sweets, breads, and small sandwiches
Chocolate Making: Learn about chocolate, tempering, and choose from a variety of ingredients for making your own chocolate bark. Take home 1/2 of your own creation to share with friends and family..or just keep it all for yourself!
We are happy to schedule your next party or corporate outing at one of our locations. Whether it’s a birthday to celebrate or a team-building hands-on chocolate workshop. We’re happy to accommodate.
