We really enjoyed the swamp tour with our boat Capt. Tom! He was really entertaining and I think he knows everything about the the swamp and Gators. The Plantation tour was just OK and I feel that it was just added on to get more visitors out there to Destrahane??

This was by far the best "tour" we had while in New Orleans. Our tour guide, Jim with one m, was the best tour guide we've ever had on any vacation. He was smart, witty, funny and very knowledgeable, He made the tour so much fun and what a great time we had grabbing Mardi Gras beads! We will specifically ask for Jim with one m on our next New Orleans trip. I cannot remember our swamp captain but we loved him also and would ask for him again. I wish I could remember his name, I held his 3 year old alligator, learned a lot and loved how "Cajun" he was, very authentic. And he has a great love for nature and animals, right up my alley. Finally I must say that Dudley, our plantation tour guide, did a great job, was very friendly, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was very personable and did a great job, we will ask for him again also. All in all, due to this tour and the various guides involved, we are Grey Line people for all future vacations in New Orleans. Four of us were from Texas, one from Ohio and the Carolinas. Three of the four from Texas were actually born and lived in Lake Charles, LA before moving to Texas. We all learned a lot and had a fabulous time. Great job and all our gratitude to your tour guides.

Mary E. and George: what an incredible combination of people to ensure a seamless, fun and enjoyable time! George was a brilliant navigator with the patience of a saint at a time of many detours resulting in enough chaos to make the most patient driver pull their hair out, except George. He took it all in his stride and ensured a safe and comfortable journey. Mary E. was funny, interesting and very knowledgeable, ensuring all participants had a great day and left with a deeper understanding and appreciation of this beautiful area. You chose one of the best in Mary, her pride in her home shines through and gives me no doubt that we will return. Both George and Mary are outstanding representatives for your company and you can rest assured that they operate with 120% enthusiasm and commitment - congratulations guys!

Fun informative tour with Bill from Grey Line, Evelyn at the plantation and captain Andy on the boat. Despite the rain it was fascinating and enjoyable.

fantastic trip 5.5 hrs long with plenty to see. Our guide for the day Jim, with one M, kept us informed and entertained between events and Dwayne kept us on the road and on time. First stop was the Destrehan plantation where our guide in period dress took over and showed us round the house and grounds. Loads to see with time to explore on our own. Back on the bus to the Cajun swamp tour where our authentic Cajun guide, Captain Allan, took over and gently motored round the bayou showing us all manor of wildlife, with loads of gators and interesting things to see. we even got to see a young gator up close and personal. Captain Allan's love and knowledge of the swamp certainly shone through. Excellent visit, back on the bus to New Orleans where Jim kept us entertained with a quiz with prizes of Mardi Gras beads for the correct answer , still got mine lol. All in all a fantastic day that I would recommend to anyone.

Jim is an excellent guide. Donald is a great driver. We had a great time even with pouring rain. Our guide Beverly at the plantation clearly loves what she does and it shows. I highly recommend the plantation and swampboat tour.

This was a great trip. The boat captain was awesome. I enjoyed watching him feed the alligators and making them jump. We also got to hold a baby alligator.
