What a great museum. It has so much to see that you need to allow 2 to 3 hours to take your time and absorb all that this place has to offer. There is so much to see it is hard to take it all in with just one visit. Next time we are in town we will return to see some of the items we missed. The Rotunda with all the Hall of Fame members is outstanding. Some reviews say it is too expensive, but with all you get to see it is very reasonable.

We had a good time inside the museum, our 10 years old also had fun doing the scavenger hunt.
Make sure you do the audio tour, definitely worth the $5 extra.

Country Music Hall of Fame did not disappoint. We did rent the audio phones and my husband & I agree it was well worth the extra money. The displays are arranged so it doesn’t feel crowded. We spent about 3 hours at the museum and enjoyed it very much.

If in Nashville make this one of your stops....well worth hearing and seeing the history around country music. From seeing the gold records or the Hall of Fame plaques....to hearing the history of all of them or listening to the music we all love.

Use the Music City Access Pass to get in for free (pay for audio). This place is huge, with many display cases. In each there is a lot to read, and many even have videos to watch. The audio tour helped to summarize each one before you dive in more. This can take a long time to really experience, but gives great history not only on the people but the cultures that influenced country music and made it what it is today.

This was a great way to view all the music history in just a few hours. The audio tour allows you to explore on your own at your own speed and still get the fun tidbits of info a tour guide provides. I was also able to call to get a specific entry time after buying the tickets through Cool Destinations.

Whether you are a country music fan or not, there is a lot history at at this venue. We were able to tour the museum on 2.5 hours, great price for what all that was offered.
