Overview
The Hawaiian Dundee Charlie, though he has an English name, he is a "true Native Hawaiian," a descendant from the "world famous Napali Coast Kauai." He's been exploring the wilderness mountains and jungles of Hawai'i for almost 50 years. He worked for the D.L.N.R. in the Forestry & Wildlife and Parks division in 1980's and early 90's and then in 1993 on to California working as a Wilderness Ranger for 3 years. He will educate you of his culture, wildlife and history of Hawai'i.
He was also featured in several TV shows like;
"Hacking the Wild" (science channel) in the second episode, called 'Curse of The Jungle' as a co star, aired Feb, 22 2017. "NBC Biggest Looser" and "MTV" reality show 'Are You The One', giving instructions on how to rappel waterfalls safely! Also featured in several professional guidebooks.
Also unique is that the tour is not a 'one size fits all.'
It is also a one of a kind "off trail hiking" into remote areas of da island...
