Let me just start by saying renting jet skis is a must!! We got to be up close with so many dolphins it was amazing!! We met Paul by lovers key at 11:30 for a two hour rental and unfortunately the guest before us messed up one of the two we had rented. While he fixed that he gave us at no additional cost one of them to take out and have fun with while he cleaned out the other. Paul decided to give us upgraded jet skis that came back for no additional charge. Our time started at 1:20 and after an 11/2 hrs being out, it was getting a bit dark and rain was coming. Paul checked on us, where we were headed towards fort Myers it was still sunny so he said as long as we felt safe just continue. Well we ended up having to stop at nervous nellies restaurant because the weather was catching up us. I called Paul and all he cared about was our safety so he told us to hang out until it blew over. Also we got blessed with a free lunch at a nervous nellies that was delicious so definitely check out that place and ask for London who was an incredibly nice waiter!! So what ended up being a two hour rental turned into an all day adventure!! We finally got back by 5:30 at no additional cost. Paul was so very kind and understanding. We will definitely rent from Paul next time we visit Florida!

Flexible and affordable! Onsite water sports took my vacation to the next level of amazing. Rental was easy and there were multiple sites to drop in water and to return. When I asked to change my site they made accommodatIons with no trouble. Great service !!!!

I highly recommend on site for so many reasons! First of all they came to my house to drop off our ski and made that so easy for us! The ski was amazing and in great condition and had a full tank of gas. Now the reason I’m really writing this review is because they went out of their way to make us happy. When we inquired about tubing, they drove to drop a tube off at our house at 9 pm so we could have it to play with the next day. Lovely people to work with, highly recommend renting from them! I will be sure to rent again from them :)

My husband and I rented a jet ski for the 3 Island Tour. The process couldn’t have been easier. We met up at a boat ramp, given a safety demo as well as a GPS unit, and off we went! We even paid for an extra hour with no issues. We were able to go at our own pace and even stopped on one of the islands for lunch. I truly couldn’t recommend them more!! A must do if you are in the area.

Two weeks ago we called onsite water sports and rented two jet skis. This wasn’t your average rental location, I spoke with Paul who was very pleasurable to deal with. We were working with a tight schedule and PAUL went out of his way to get the skis to us on time and we had the most amazing time!! We highly recommend this company to anyone. We can’t wait to see you in September!

Our reservation showed a pick up location close to where we were staying, we couldn’t locate it so we contacted the owner. He changed the location to a further point, but we agreed to meet there at 8:30am, as we had rented jet ski for a full day. At 7:00am he called to say he may be delayed as his trailer had a flat tire, told us he’d still try to be there by 8:30 but would probably be 9:00. We understand things happen and said that would be fine. We arrived at the place he stated at 8:45, he wasn’t there, at 9:15 he still wasn’t there, beginning to think we’d been scammed. Tried contacting him, 9:30 he responded he’s on his way, 9:40 still not there. It’s now getting super hot out and we had wanted to get on the water early! He finally arrived just before 10:00. NOTE: the jet ski is definitely NOT the ones he shows in the pictures!! It’s an older model, with a taped up front storage compartment and extremely loud motor! We left at 10:00, due back at 4:00 for the full day we paid for. It was nice to be able to go anywhere we wanted, but we were a little nervous with how loud the motor was, surely didn’t want it to break down! We rode around for a few hours, went back to the beach by our condo with it for a while then decided to bring it back. Had it 4 hours 1/2 day, not the full day we’d paid for. When we got back he said he checked gas we used and then said it would be $32 more, although my husband said it only went down 2 bars!! I asked him to consider not charging extra for the small amount of gas we used since he was 1 1/2 hours late getting it to us, it was not the jet ski he advertised and we brought it back 2 hours early. He said “ No we shouldn’t expect him to eat the cost!!!” Wow, he already had made an extra $100 off us, and the jet ski was not as advertised!! He settled on $20 for the gas and we left. Definitely would not recommend!! Find a reputable place to rent from and see the jet ski you’re getting before paying!!! Would have rated the experience less, but we made the best of the situation because it wasn’t worth ruining a day of our vacation!!
