Juneau Travel Guides (Updated September 2026)

My husband and I enjoyed this outing very much. Our guide, was so fun, friendly, and funny. He took great care of the group. The whale watching was great. We saw 7 whales, and many birds. The two boat guides knew a lot! Very friendly. The walk to see Mendenhall Glacier was easy and fun. A stunning view. Thank you!

It was an amazing experience getting so close to the glacier and nugget falls. There is an elevator to the visitor Ctr Easy hike to the falls

The Naturalists were great in giving us information on the whales we saw.But the Mendelhall Gkacier tour was a disappointment since the restrooms were closed early and there wasn’t enough time to see the glacier .

Great tour guide. His name was Kenny and he took us all over the area and gave us lots of history on Juneau and joked a lot. He gave us some various gifts, which were nice and unexpected. Would highly recommend this tour. It’s also not too long so you have time to do things in Juneau after the tour.

We had a wonderful trip seeing lots of whale with near perfect weather Everyone we encountered from Chris the bus driver, chris and Grace Ann the naturists and Captain Dalton were exceptional!!! so knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions! They could actually identify which whales we saw by name! I would highly recommend this excursion and this group was extra special

This tour is a must! It was truly amazing. So much fun and we learned a lot! And the puppies were sooooo cute!!

This flight is far out of my expectation. This glacier is so amazing that hit straight into my heart! I strongly recommend you should take this flight to see what is the wonders of the Mother Nature. We also need to appreciate this is the last land in the earth

Loved our dog mushing experience. The only negative was the ride was not as long as we would have liked. Got to meet the dogs after as well as some puppies. Staff were so accommodating and knowledgeable.

It was pretty great. Kenny was quite fun and patient.

First class company. First class equipment. I felt safe and secured as I was treated to the best views that I could only have imagined in a dream. If you miss this you have really missed out on something special.
