In this laid-back, hands-on class you will learn to roll two classic favourites from scratch: a fresh California roll packed with crab, avocado and cucumber, and a spicy tuna roll with just the right amount of kick. Chef See walks you through every step, from seasoning your rice correctly to rolling tightly with a bamboo mat and cutting clean, Instagram-worthy pieces without the whole thing falling apart on you. The setting is casual, the techniques are approachable and by the end of class you will have a skill set that will absolutely come out at your next dinner party. No experience needed.
