We booked the Malolo but ended up on the Calypso which was fine for our family of 5. Breakfast and lunch were included with this so that made it feel like one of the better deals to be found in Maui. It was our first time snorkeling and we thought the captain did an excellent job of educating us before we got in the water. The crew were very nice and helpful as well. We had a beautiful ride out to Molokini with a few whale sightings along the way. We did not see a lot of fish while snorkeling but it was beautiful and we enjoyed it. Our captain was informative and funny. Honestly the hardest worker on the boat was the photographer. She hustled all day and we walked away with the best photos of our entire trip. It is absolutely worth the money to pay for the photo link. She took photos at the dock, on the boat, loads of fantastic underwater pictures. Her photos of the whales we saw were far better than mine. You have access to every picture she took that day. We were unable to go to Turtle Town due to water conditions but the captain made up for it by taking time to whale watch. We saw some incredible breaching action that we were in awe of. All in all we thought it was a great experience and a good value for our money.

We had a great day snorkeling on the Mololo with Whitney, JJ, and the captain. Fun to see JJ catch a fish and Whitney kept us safe snorkeling the reefs. She and JJ were knowledgeable about the ocean, marine life, and were very friendly.

Amazing experience with a great crew. Lots of great snorkeling with abundance of fish and turtles. Even a bonus of whale watching on the way back. Well worth the money! The captain and crew were very knowledgeable and helpful.

This was the best adventure my husband and I took during our trip to Maui. From the very beginning, our tour guide made sure to check that everyone signed their waivers. Gave us clear instructions where to board the Malolo and what to do onboard. The trip was informative and we loved learning more about the culture and the lands of Hawaii. We got to see whales and learned new things about whales thanks to our tour guide. The team made sure everyone felt safe, comfortable and the crew will be supervising and there to assist. I would definitely recommend to couples and families.

We booked the Mahalo but ended up on the Calypso which was fine with us. It was a large, very nice boat. The captain was fantastic and the crew were so helpful for us first time snorkelers. They served a very nice breakfast and lunch. The boat photographer was awesome, she made sure we had the best photos of our experience. It’s absolutely worth the price of buying the photo link to access all of the great photos. We we went to Molokini but were unable to go to Turtle Town due to weather conditions. The captain made it up with whale watching. We got to see so much breaching. The boat photographer got those photos as well and they were so much better than mine. We highly recommend!

Nice trip and sights. Crew was professional and kind. It was a good day. I’m picky about food but it was not too bad. Snorkeling is fun but SCUBA diving is on a whole different level. I will always do a dive trip going forward.

The history lesson along the way was great. Loved the geology of Molokini! Snorkeling was fun. Was a great experience with turtles. We had a great time. Gluten free option for food would be good. Maybe I missed where to request it. Thanks!
