Overview
Our little rooftop patio is intimate, serene, and full of texture. Our tastings take place along a working waterfront, which is such an important part of Maine heritage and culture.
You'll hear bustling sounds of the lobster boats and chatter from our local fisherman. Our views are also home to ospreys and eagles. Don't be surprised to catch a sighting!
Virginia has spent 8 years writing about oyster farmers. She is certified in Gastronomic Tourism by Le Cordon Bleu Paris, serves as an Oyster Sommelier, and is a certified member of the prestigious Oyster Master Guild. She launched Lady Oyster, a culinary tour company, to help visitors and Mainers alike connect more deeply with Maine seafood.

What To Expect
Oysters, story, and coastal Maine views await!
At our waterfront tasting table, you'll try an array of Maine oysters from three different bodies of water, with unique pairings and accoutrements. As you take in Casco Bay's beauty, we'll discuss how the oysters are grown, the influences on their flavor, Maine's ecology, and stories from coast.
We're a team of Oyster Sommeliers and Registered Maine Guides who love nothing more than welcoming you into our culture and lifestyle. This is an authentic, one-on-one dining experience that you'll only find in Phippsburg.
