This was a great way to introduce you to the beautiful city of Bangor. Only myself and a friend did this scavenger hunt. Make sure to strech and put on your walking shoes! This city is bigger than some and has hills to climb so it could be a challenge for some people. We walked the whole time but you can get an uber or use your own vehicle if you choose. The way we planned out our course for the long race, we did over 18 miles. The race can be timed if you want to get a fast time with a shorter distance. We did the longer race so we could take our time, have fun and enjoy the deliciousfood this cityhas to offer. Our virtual guide was in constant contact if we needed her and seemed to be just as excited as we were to do the hunt. We talked to some of the locals here and learned some cool facts about the town. Everyone here was super nice and helpful. Some of the challenges required you to interact which is fun. The challenges were pretty simple but still engaging to find. You do not have to do all of the challenges but the more you do the more you learn. If you do the hunt on a Sunday, a few of the business were closed but you are still able to complete the tasks. After our long journey through Bangor, this hunt lead us to some beautiful treasures that we plan on revisiting. We highly recommend do the hunt with Alley Kat Adventures. This is our first time but now my friend and I will be looking for other cities to explore with them!
