Staff are amazing! This tour was extremely well-organized. Our guides were fun and very helpful. The kayaking/paddleboarding experience after was perfect to cool down and relax!

My husband and I brought our 7 year old and 11 year old boys. I am the only one who had zip lined before, so no experience necessary. We all loved it! The guides were amazing with the kids and adults! They made it so fun and kept the energy up with music and jokes and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves throughout!

So riding a zipline has been a personal goal for me since starting a weight loss journey 2 years ago. I had never met the weight limit before this year, so I was really excited and Umauma did not disappoint. Rusty, Hunter, and Skippy (our guides) did a fantastic job of making it very comfortable for me to not only enjoy the activity, but build some confidence in myself!. By the end of the outing, I was not only riding the zipline, but hanging upside down hands free over 150ft river ravines!! Thank you for helping me celebrate a personal goal and making the my first experience zip lining so memorable!!

Loved every bit of the Zip N Dip. Thrilling experience flying over waterfalls. We couldn't swim for long as the water was too cold, but still worth the experience. We even got to see a rainbow across the waterfalls.

This was my first time Zip-lining and found it fascinating. I am 68 years old and although there was some hiking involved it wasn’t anything I couldn’t handle even with arthritis. I may be a little slower than most, but the staff and even the other people were very understanding. If you’re a little older and would like to try it then just go for it. If you feel like you have reached your limit they will give you a ride back down. No worries and no embarrassment. I made it all the way, but you wouldn’t be the first one. Every one is there to just have fun at any age. My sincere thanks to Avery, Rusty and a young blonde girl I think was Cindy for their professionalism and entertainment. Totally “Fun”. This was such a great activity for the whole day with the family. The crew was energetic and personable; always looking out to help or educate the guests to enhance their experience. The property itself was well kept and beautiful to walk around. The ziplines were more than we expected with a comfortable starter line to set a pace then some speedy and scenic lines to follow. As a young adult always looking to take a step further, I appreciated the instructions from the staff for going upsidedown; however, for my parents in my group, the lines were a good intensity for the thrill seeking and long enough to appreciate the beautiful scenery around. The staff was extremely friendly and informative for a safe experience including the braking process to avoid any shock while coming to an abrupt stop. I highly would recommend this combined experience as after 2 hours of zipping around, the swimming area (a calmer gulch part of the river below) was a perfect way to wind down, eat, and cool off. I would love to return in the future for other opportunities this company/property offers.

Wow!! Pretty much sums it up!! This is an awesome experience that anyone can enjoy. The staff pay an incredible amount of attention to detail to make this a safe experience. My husband is deathly afraid of heights, but I talked him into doin this and he’s so glad he did. While it’s a little scary going up the high platforms from which you launch, the exhilarating experience flying down the zip lines is an adrenaline rush you have to experience. I’d do it again in a heartbeat!! The scenery over tree tops, gorges, waterfalls and rivers is something you have to do in order to appreciate the beauty. I wish I’d taken my phone/camera to take some photos, but I was worried I’d drop it. Bring something you can attach to your wrist so you can safely take some pics!!

The Zip & Dip was outstanding. The views from the zip lines are breathtaking and swimming in the lagoon was refreshing fun (though the water was pretty chilly). The team members hosting us on both excursions were very easy going, polite, and knowledgeable.The one hiccup was during the dip in the lagoon. After a few minutes in the water, I asked for a kick board or life preserver to hold on to as a floatation device. They had no boards (which I understood) but all their life preservers were being used by other guests at that moment. From a liability standpoint, I was shocked. This is obviously a well run, professional organization, but that is a huge oversight and particularly surprising given the precautions they take on the zip lines.
