This tour was wonderful from beginning to end. The experience is not to be missed. Captain Simon and the crew of the Hang Loose tour boat were outstanding. Very friendly, helpful, informative and efficient. We did the 7pm tour, which I’m told was the biggest tour, so they had the most boards for people to hold on to and see. This means more lights to attract the plankton and ultimately the mantas. It also means the bigger, smoother boat. The boat was clean, there were plenty of snacks and drinks, and it was a smooth ride.Only thing I wish I knew was to be sure to bring a towel and something warm to change into after the swim because floating in the water for 30 mins or so can get chilly.

This was so awesome. The manta rays swim right up to you in a beautiful dance. The boat ride was a calm 20 minutes out. The experience was fairly close to the coast line, and you need to swim maybe 20 feet in (for us) calm waters. We aren't great swimmers, but it wasn't too hard to swim out.

Form start to finish, Hang Loose was a 5-star experience! Easy check-in, simple walk to the boat, snacks and drinks a plenty, and the best manta interactions EVER! Highly recommend choosing this adventure if you’re looking for things to do on the BI. Kids (10 & 12) had an amazing time… but so did we! Thanks again!
