Charleston Inshore Fishing Charter
Overview
The inlets, sounds, bays, tidal creeks, marsh grass and oyster banks in our area make Charleston one of the top inshore fishing destinations on the East Coast, and for very good reason. With over slot redfish tailing in the grass to doormat flounder being pulled from the muddy bottom, our inshore charter is sure to inspire you to come back to our beautiful estuaries. That is why inshore charters are our specialty! Flounder, speckled sea trout, lady fish, or black drum are also popular amongst inshore anglers. Seasickness, big waves and wind are minimal for inshore charters, so these trips are perfect for families who do not want to deal with the harsh elements the sea can offer. While on your Charleston inshore fishing trip, you can expect to see more than just the fish we are targeting. Dolphins, manatees, sea turtles and otters frequent the area and often come close to our boats.

What To Expect
First inshore fishing to us is simply fishing saltwater within land, going up the river inlets and creeks, fishing grass lines and docks for numerous species, or heading out to the harbor for the bottom feeders in the warmer months. Yes. Whatever the fishing calls for: live bait, frozen bait, cut bait, or chum, our Charter Captains will have plentiful supplies on hand. The same thing goes for artificial bait such as lures, flies, or plugs.
Jul 2022If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
