The Tour itself was amazing. HowEver the ticket booth was not notified by Cool Destinations of our booking ( as Cool Destinations is a 3rd party ) so when it was time for our tour - Catalina island tour Ticket booth had to take extra time to figure out the booking. Ultimately we were able to do the tour which was a good day !
