This guided, 30-minute experience is a fantastic introduction to Maine's food and beverage landscape, history and culture. We recommend scheduling this class at the beginning of your time in Maine so you can take advantage of all you've learned during the rest of your trip. What To Expect
Your Maine Tasting Center guide will walk you through a snack-sized tasting menu of local products that represent industries like wild blueberries, maple syrup, heritage grains & beans, artisanal cheese, potatoes, and aquaculture. Feeling thirsty? A curated local beverage flight (mead, craft beer, wine) designed to pair with the tasting menu is available for purchase on-site for guests ages 21+.
**Note: This activity typically takes place at a high-top table in our Tasting Room. If you require access to a standard dining-height table for this activity, please text or call us at the number listed in advance of your activity time to let us know. If we don't pick up, please leave a voicemail with your request!
