Become a Sculpture Artist: Create Your Own Cycladic Idol Relief
Experience the art of marble carving in the heart of Athens.
In this hands-on workshop, you will:
• Discover the history of Cycladic art and traditional marble techniques.
• Learn about rocks, marbles, and natural elements.
• Sketch your own design (no templates), transfer it onto marble, and carve it with authentic hand tools.
• Highlight light and shadow through relief engraving.
• Add your signature, apply color for a patina effect, and optionally seal your work.
Take home your personal sculpture, connect with Greek culture, and experience a creative, welcoming environment.
Optional short walk to photograph sculptures in Athens’ historic center.
