We had such a great time at the Athens: Sculpt Your Greek Masterpiece Workshop! I did this experience with my 25yo daughter and it was so much fun!!Our instructor was incredibly patient and made the experience enjoyable for everyone. The group was small, which was perfect because we had plenty of time to work on our sculptures and get individual guidance when we needed it.And the studio… WOW! It was such a cool and inspiring space and really added to the whole experience.Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or even solo, I highly recommend this workshop. It was hands on, unique, and something completely different from the typical sightseeing experience. We absolutely loved it!

The workshop with Sofia was so nice! She has an impressive studio and gave me a full tour of the facility. She explained a lot about how painting and glazing ceramics works and I was allowed to try out different things like mixing pigments, painting techniques and glaze dipping. Also was supplied with a nice tea and homemade chocolate, and Arni the dog was a cutie. 10/10 recommend!

This was such a unique experience and definitely something I wouldn’t have thought to do in Athens. What made it even more special was hearing about the generations of the family who have been involved in sculpting and art. You could really feel the history and passion behind the craft.Mateo was a fantastic instructor. He was patient, encouraging, and made the experience fun regardless of your artistic ability. Not everyone in our group was naturally artistic, but everyone still had a great time and left with something they could be proud of.It was also really cool learning about the family's work on Assassin’s Creed and seeing the connection between their traditional craftsmanship and modern entertainment.And the wine cellar area was an unexpected surprise and added another layer to the experience. It was a really cool setting for something that felt both educational and hands-on.If you're looking for something different from the typical Athens sightseeing experience, I highly recommend this. You get to learn about Greek art and craftsmanship, try sculpting yourself, hear some incredible family history, and have a genuinely fun experience along the way.

Sophia is so sweet and so hospitable. The second we arrived at the workshop, we felt so welcome. We arrived on our bikes, and she got us to bring our bikes in through the gate and welcomed us with water, chocolate, and watermelon. Her cute dog and cat welcomed us as well, but not before she made sure it was okay.The lesson was wonderful, and Sophia was a wonderful instructor. She was great at explaining and showing what to do and was very helpful with consistent feedback and helping out with whatever we needed.Talking with Sophia was lovely, and she even got us to draw a little something on the pot she made while demonstrating. She was very complimentary of our painting and was excited to show a flower my friend painted to her next class. Sophia is genuinely the sweetest.Even before the appointment, Sophia was already reaching out and making sure we felt prepared. We also had some scheduling issues, and had to reschedule, but Sophia was very understanding.This was such a fun experience and I would recommend it to everyone!

Very friendly and knowledgeable, gave detailed hands on instructions when asked for, and also helped students with the carving with difficult shapes and corners. An absolutely incredible experience and the highlight of my trip! I’m a professional craftsman, and my friend with no craft experience had just as much fun as I did. Absolutely worth a visit!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience here! I’m a woodworker by trade and was thrilled to have the chance to work with stone, and this class absolutely delivered.The class was well structured and paced, the teacher was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, I learned new techniques, and have a permanent piece of art to show for it.Additionally, as I’m hoping to continue stone carving as a hobby in my free time, our teacher kindly sold me a tool, and when I didn’t have enough cash left, gifted me a piece of marble to practice on. Truly, I cannot recommend this experience enough!

A relaxing, interactive weaving workshop
I utilize the evil eye for protection on a daily basis and I wanted to take this workshop as I am touring Greece from the United States. I got a chance to learn about the history behind the evil eye with this interactive theater and then she teaches us how to weave. She was very kind, enthusiastic, and helpful. It was a small group when I was there, which made this a very pleasant experience. The place is clean and beautifully decorated. It is located upstairs from the entrance, but someone was there to meet me and give me directions. I left with a very special souvenir that you can’t purchase anywhere else! Definitely recommend this for a special and unique memory making experience.
