A great experience. We went to Greece three weeks, one of which was on the sailboat. A very experienced dynamic couple. Everything was perfect nothing to say negative. 5 stars if you have the chance to make this trip do not hesitate me for a second. What wonderful memories!!!!

We lived an absolutely unforgettable week on board the floating house of Flo and Alex. As soon as we arrived, they created a warm, simple and caring atmosphere, where you feel immediately at ease.What makes this experience so unique is their ability to adapt to everyone. My wife and I are quite introverted, and they have perfectly respected our need for calm and privacy, while offering us moments of sharing on board or during stopovers, always with great tact and kindness.They are excellent advice, whether for sailing choices, stopovers, walks or even meals. The stay took place at our own pace, like an "à la carte" trip, thought for us.Flo and Alex are a passionate, caring and deeply human duo. We had the most amazing experience with SailBliss, largely thanks to our skipper and hostess, Alex and Veronica. SailBliss was very flexible in adapting the schedule to our needs and everything was organized very well. Alex and Veronica made the experience all the better by being extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We couldn’t recommend these two more and wish we could have them on all our sailing trips! Both were experienced sailors and made us feel safe on the boat, and Veronica’s cooking is to die for! We booked the Peleponese History, Wine & Sailing Escape, which we enjoyed very much, the perfect balance between visiting history and relaxing at the sea.

Spyros, our driver, was an absolute legend. He was fun, respectful and very knowledgeable. His driving made us feel very safe and comfortable. Spyros suggested delicious restaurants, stopped at fantastic places for photos and accommodated our requests. He always had water and never complained about our very heavy luggage. Spyros drove us around on his day of rest and acted as a tour guide when the third party operated boat cruise was cancelled due to low numbers. Before the tour even started our travel specialists Patty and Silia were so helpful over email. Always getting back to our questions in a really timely manner and accommodated our family of 4. The hotels we stayed at and the places we visited on the 5 day private tour with Zakynthos were so nice and the staff were all very friendly. Everything was organised for us which eliminated a lot of decision fatigue. We cannot recommend this tour enough and thank Spyros, Patty and Silia.

We spent 9 days touring Greece with Private Tours Greece, combining Athens with other destinations. The agency was extremely professional, polite and helpful booking our holiday, and best of all, they provided us with a driver called Spyros. Spyros was a gentleman and an excellent driver who made sure we were in all the right places at the right time, whether it was catching a ferry or pre-empting coach tours to avoid the crowds. Spyros was always cheerful, informative and helpful, with plenty of advice on the local stuff, and he went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our holiday, for which we are very grateful! He knows the roads of Greece backwards and knows exactly where to stop for the best photo opportunities. We saw lots, had fantastic local guides (also booked by PTG), stayed in excellent hotels and had a wonderful time! As far as Greece goes, it is an amazing country of welcoming and generous people, excellent food, breath-taking views and mind-blowing history. Unless you are an expert on Ancient Greece, we highly recommend booking the tour guides. They are all local and professional guides who bring each site to life and make sure you leave with a greater understanding of the life and times of long ago. We booked a trip to Athens, Delphi, and Meteora, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The highlight was the private yacht trip to Aegina, where we enjoyed swimming and indulged in delicious food. Communication was prompt and clear, and the accommodations were top-notch. Highly recommended

The ferries were amazing (specially the blue star ferries), the hotels were great. It was a little difficult for me to find the hotels at mykonos and santorini, and they weren't very recognized. But awesone experience, and great organization

My daughter and I enjoyed an amazing 5 day tour of Ancient Greek sites. But it was so much more than that. Aggelos, our driver, gave us insights into Greek culture, politics, everyday life and most importantly, the history of the sights we visited. The car was great and everything was extremely well organised. We had some interesting adventures along the way and Aggelos handled problems with ease. The sites themselves were absolutely mind-blowing and will stay with us forever. To touch the ancient stones at Mycenae, to see the ruined Temple of Zeus, to see the stadium at Delphi were just a few of the many highlights of the trip. I would recommend this company to anyone. We have had the best tour!

This is a great itinerary for seeing a lot of key sights and countryside. Spyros was a great driver and very thoughtful. He arrived early, and we left Athens on time. We stopped often enough for restrooms and snacks/meals. The sights were awesome. 4*Hotels were nice, and the one in Meteora was very charming. It was nice to have 2 nights on Zakynthos island, to limit the packing/unpacking process. Spyros stays with the van to protect everything so you feel safe leaving your luggage. There were not any guides to hire at the sights when we went, so we read the signs, which were in English and Greek. I recommend taking the smaller private van rather than tour bus, as we controlled the timing, saw more, and stopped for photo opportunities whenever we wanted. The highlight for us was the Zakynthos boat ride to the shipwreck as the water color was intense/rich blues as we have never seen. Ask for Spros as his English is fluent and his humor ….”forget about it” ……He’s got this!!

This holiday was great! It was exactly what we wanted with ferries and booked hotels and the rest of the time to explore on your own. All hotels good. Beautiful views from Syros and Mykonos hotels. Couldn't fault the service at Santorini hotel...staff were exceptionally helpful. Most beautiful scenery and it was a very relaxing holiday.

This is a great way to see few of Greek Islands. This is not a guided tour. You are on your own. But it's easy to navigate through the island. You will need to pay for transportation from port to hotels in Mykonos and Santorini. That was only down side. I wish I had extra day on Mykonos. Hotels were good and staff were friendly and helpful. Boat rides are fun way to see islands from different angle. Only down side was boat ride from Santorini to Pireas. It was long 8 - 9 hours... I would not mind flying back from Santorini to Athens. These islands are beautiful and they are very unique. Must see at least once in your life time.

Great tour and totally loved our tour guide! He was the best part of our trip! But would not recommend booking any tours through Cool Destinations because we found out afterwards that Cool Destinations charged us 4 times more than our tour guide worked for. Very disappointing to our budget for this very expensive trip. Cruise was disappointing, overbooked and no experiences at all with turtles and hotel on Zakynos was bad. But still loved our tour guide...will book with his company and ask specifically for him on our next tour.

7 of us friends, including 3 couples, took the 5 day tour. It was a great time, and we learned a lot. Having the tour guides at each spot was really helpful to hear about the history without having to read about it ourselves. A warning though…it is A LOT of driving. The last two days are basically all day in the van. Also, due to wind, we didn’t get to do our boat trip to Shipwreck Beach while on Zakynthos. No one’s fault, but I hadn’t really thought about the potential of missing that. But I have to say that our driver, George, was absolutely awesome!!! He was SO much fun and accommodating and you could tell he wanted to give us the best experience possible!! HUGE thanks to George for making the trip great!!

Private Greece Tours was an excellent experience for our trip to Greece. The booking process was easy with very friendly correspondence.The driver was amazing (Spyros). Always very friendly and professional. Gave us tips on restaurants and commentary throughout the trip.We got the additional guides at sites when possible. This was an excellent choice as well. The guide met us at each site and told us the history and explained what we were seeing.The hotels were very nice and close to town centers for easy walking to get dinner.It was a perfect stress free 5 Days of travel to some amazing sites. We didn't have to worry about anything as far as booking or transportation timetables.

I’d like to thank Dimitra & Effie for both of their help arranging the tour for us. It was supposed to be 5-day Classical but when I told them we only have 4 days left, they happily curate the trip so we can go to those we really wanted to see. Transacting with them was very easy. They assigned Nikolas aka Nikos as our driver & guide and we couldn’t be much happier. Travelling at this point of time, safety & health are so important and this private tour made us feel secured while enjoying Greece. Nikos was always on time, always courteous and very impressionable. He always made sure we were comfortable on our seats and pickup/drop-off locations. You’ll appreciate it since the places we visited required a great deal of walking. He is mindful of time and kindly remind us when needed without feeling rushed. Aside from driving well, he happily shared history stories & facts about certain places we passed by or visited. It was truly a memorable experience and we’d be happy to book with them again next time we go back to Greece. And we’d definitely recommend Nikos for the drive! Efharisto, from our family of three!
