We had a group of 16 of us from all over North America to Long Beach on a sales reward trip and this was a perfect little sunset cruise before a dinner we had planned. They narrate the trip to give you some history of the area, the port, and other landmarks and it is a fun way to learn more about Long Beach. I would recommend it for a group activity.

We saw dozens of whales, some close up. The narration was very helpful / educational (although it was nearly impossible to hear him from the very front of the boat (lower level). The photographer on board gave us copies of their photos, at no charge. All in all a wonderful experience and I definitely recommend the Monterey Whale Watching Tour by Princess Monterey Whale Watching!! 💖Not: I don't think I would pay the extra $20 next time for the upper deck view. From the upper deck, one can only see out the sides and the rear of the boat, not out front. That direction can only be viewed from the lower deck.

Excellent, interesting experience as advertised. Best views are from the right side. We arrived early and super-courteous staff at the green booth quickly rebooked us on an earlier tour.Clear windows around the lower deck, fresh air on top. Speakers can be loud so consider bringing earplugs.The adjacent Los Angeles Maritime Museum has fine displays, well worth an hour and another bargain at $5 ($3 seniors).

Great trip. Crew was great especially the young lady marine biologists who narrated the trip. Captain put us on a large of Humpbacks in a few different locations. Highly recommend this trip.

Well worth the time and money. Tour guide, Tom, was personable and knowledgeable. Educated us about local, natural terrain and animals. E-bike was a great way to see the route, which included great scenic ocean views where we could stop for pictures; Pebble Beach golf course (even had a chance to pick up a souvineer ball cap for my husband at the pro shop so didn’t have to find another time to go back there); and riding through some beautiful forested areas. Definitely recommend.

We had a great bike tour of the 17-mile drive. The tour lasted about 2.5 hours, which was a perfect length. Our guide, Jon, brought us to a number of picturesque spots throughout Pebble Beach and Carmel. He had a lot of insight and information at each of our stops. We did get about 20 minutes of free time to walk around the Pebble Beach golf course as well (bathrooms were available here). The roads were relatively uncrowded, and there was only one car that made us nervous biking with. The bikes were different than we were used to, but not necessarily hard to operate. The meeting place was easy to find- just look for parking outside the 2-hour limit zones. This was a great way to explore the area, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.

Traffic was so horrible and I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to make it on time. I didn’t make it on time but the staff are so friendly and the boat ride was amazing. The staff was very helpful and helped me make a later reservation. I enjoyed the staff members and the view while I was inside the boat was amazing. I can’t wait to visit again.

It’s a long day with a lot of driving, but well worth it. The views are spectacular and iconic and taking advantage of a tour guide who knows the history and best places to stop for views made it so much easier than trying to rent a car and figure it all out myself. Our guide Lana was well-informed, easy going, and made sure everyone on the tour had what they needed for a great day.
