Andri is a cool guy, and going into the Icelandic Sea was great. The breathing exercise we did before ging into the water was amazing. The theory Andri told us about the breathing is also very interesting.

Andri taught the class in Icelandic and English- so keeping up was no issue. It’s so immersive- the cozy blankets, the eye mask, and the headphones make you feel yourself with Andri guiding you the whole time, but allowing you to breathe at your own pace. It was so freeing to let out those necessary sighs! If you deal with any form of stress, this is the perfect reset for your nervous system!

It was possibly the one of the best experiences I had in Iceland. I have practiced breathwork ad-lib but this has opened my mind to it being part of my daily/weekly routine. It was truly amazing and I would encourage anyone to do it.

We enjoyed learning the breathing exercises . The guide was a excellent teacher . The cold plunge was a awakening for both the body and mind We’re hooked on the benefits of ice cold water exposure.

Andri is knowledgeable and personable. Andri started with a talk on health and mindset, and the Wim Hof method, then took me through the breathwork, and finished by taking me to my choice of 3 locations to do the cold therapy. The experience was 100% worth every penny and more than I expected.

This experience was amazing! I felt more relaxed after one hour than o have after full spa days including 90 minute massages. I could hardly believe how I felt after the breath work. I will definitely be looking up more for this method now that I’m home :) I usually get tense when I try to control my breathing, but Andri made it easy to follow along and the method really got me around my mental block about it. Definitely earns my five stars!

What a treat this was. I walked away feeling grounded, calm, and armed with the tools to recreate this feeling going forward. Andri was a fantastic teacher and truly loves what he does. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Andri did such a great job at giving us a solid history of breathing and techniques, eventually diving into the Wim Hof breathing method. He then was very clear with his instructions for how to perform the method. It was clear that Andri was very knowledgeable about everything that he was explaining and he could easily answer any and all of our questions. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone in the Reykjavik area who is learning to improve their breathing and/or health. Andri is the person to go to!
