Your private transfer begins with pickup at the time you indicate from the Cancun airport or your Tulum hotel. Your driver will meet you at the designated meeting point inside the arrival terminal or the lobby of your hotel, then assist you in loading your bags and help you get settled on board your private air-conditioned vehicle.
Once you are ready to depart, your driver will take you directly to your final destination, including any Tulum hotel or the Cancun airport. You’ll be dropped just outside the hotel lobby or the departures terminal and your driver will help you unload your bags for stress-free logistics.

We recommend you to be ready a few minutes before the agreed time, as the driver can only wait 10 minutes at the meeting point.
