Thanks to Yosua, we enjoyed the best excursion to snorkel with turtles and fish, followed by a beautiful cenote and ending the day with a lovely lunch at Juanita restaurant. Yosua was so kind, knowledgeable and made the whole experience that much better So glad we got to do all 3 activities and spend a decent amount of time at each! Absolutely recommend.

Alondra is the best tour guide! She spoke fluent English and Spanish with us, engaged with us the entire time, gave us so much information about the tour and Mexico in general. She made our experience fun, enjoyable and memorable. I would rebook with her and this company again!This excursion was affordable for the length of the visit and the breathtaking sites we saw. Such a special experience and easily one of the highlights of our time in Playa del Carmen. Pet Cemetery cenote was absolutely magical, but Juan is what really made the day memorable. He was warm, funny, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel genuinely personal rather than just another tour. You can tell he really loves what he does. This is a private tour that includes an underground cenote and an open cenote (in our experience). The underground cenote is a unique & incredible adventure, but maybe not a great idea for people who experience claustrophobia or don't enjoy caves.Eduardo is a fantastic tour guide, pointing out small details one would otherwise miss if not familiar with the caves (silk worms, calcified tree roots, etc). The cenotes he took us to are not popularly travelled. However, they are peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful. The underground cenote requires more physical work to get through, but is not difficult. The open cenote is swim/snack/relax at will.Our guide, Eduardo: He's knowledgeable about the cenotes, and clearly loves the environment he both works in and protects. His demeanor is friendly in a familiar way, making the trip feel like you're hanging out with a friend versus being a tourist. We had a fab day with our Guide Eddy and driver Omar. Eddie was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed finding out the history of Chichen Itza. It was great to get there early and avoid the crowds. The next stop was cenote Oxman which was so beautiful. We were able to spend as long as we liked here. Lunch was delicious and me enjoyed exploring the colonial town of Valladolid. We were very well looked after and really enjoyed our private tour.

We had an amazing experience on this tour! The cenotes were absolutely gorgeous, the zip line and cliff jumps were exciting adventures, and visiting the Mayan community was fascinating and authentic. We had five children ranging in age from 5 to 13, and every one of them had a fantastic time. Our guide, Betto, was knowledgeable, patient, and even took wonderful photos throughout the day. We highly recommend this excursion for families looking for a fun and memorable experience in the Riviera Maya!
