Norma our guide was amazing! She had all the answers and was very entertaining. She was full of tips for the day and I would recommend her for anyone. She did the entire tour in English and in Spanish. The Cenote was a lot of fun and the meal was amazing. The tequila tasting was great too.

Amazing Experience From Beginning to End!

This excursion was amazing from beginning to end! I enjoyed every part of the day, but the snorkeling and the magical cenote were definitely my favorite parts. It’s honestly hard to choose between the two because I enjoyed them both so much.The snorkeling was absolutely incredible and such a beautiful experience. The cenote was just as amazing and something I’m so glad I got to experience.Visiting Tulum was fascinating, especially learning about the history behind the ruins and the Mayan culture. Being able to actually see everything in person while hearing the history made it so much more meaningful.Overall, this was one of my favorite excursions of my trip. Beautiful scenery, fascinating history, amazing snorkeling, and an unforgettable cenote experience. I would absolutely recommend it! 10/10!

Amazing trip

We had an amazing experience on our Chichén Itzá tour! Our tour guide, Juam did an incredible job. He was very friendly, respectful, funny, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and gave us great instructions throughout the entire tour, which made the experience easy, enjoyable, and stress-free.I also want to give a big thank you to Rubén, our driver, who did a fantastic job taking us everywhere we needed to go and making sure we got around safely and comfortably.Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Chichén Itzá. Juam and Rubén made the trip even more enjoyable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chichin Itza Tour from Cancun

It was so hot on the day of our tour, but if you can tolerate the heat, the tour was very nice. Our Mayan tour guide, "Moo", was so informative. We got to swim at a cenote after our buffet lunch at the Mayan village, so that helped everyone cool off. We stopped at the charming town square of Valladolid for pictures on the way back to Cancun. This town dates back to the 1500s and the old Spanish architecture was very impressive. The pleasant 2-hour bus ride back to our hotel provided us an opportunity for a much-needed nap. While our tour took nearly 14 hours from the time we were picked up until we were dropped off at our hotel, our guides, Moo & Estralia, and our driver, Kiko, made our day very pleasant and enjoyable. It was an experience that we will not forget.

Amazing experience! Swimming with turtles is a lifetime experience and the guides protect us and the environment the best way possible! Guides are fully experienced and know a lot about the ruins and have a lot of knowledge on the cenotes. Make sure to ask for Vanessa!! She was the best guide I’ve ever encountered. She knows a lot and makes the experience way better!! Bonus points if you speak Portuguese. I’ll say it again, ask for Vanessa!!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but everything about this trip was above and beyond. Ricardo knew just about everything there is to know about the Mayan people, as well as the architecture itself. The destinations were also amazing. Definitely worth it.

Memorable Mayan Experience with Amazing Guides!

We had an amazing time on the Xichén by Xcaret tour! It was such a great way to experience Chichén Itzá and learn more about the history and culture of the Mayan civilization.A special thank you to our guides, Nefy and Enrique, who were both fantastic! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience really interesting and enjoyable. They did a great job explaining everything and teaching us about Mayan culture.The organization of the tour was excellent, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. It was definitely one of the highlights of our vacation, and I would highly recommend Xichén to anyone visiting the Riviera Maya! The corn cake in the breakfast box was delicious, and lunch at Valladolid was wonderful as well. Take a hat, sunscreen, and wear comfortable shoes. It did rain heavily when we went for lunch, but luckily most of us wore sandals after the cenote so it was fine.Thank you, Nefy and Enrique, for making the experience so memorable! ❤️

Everyone was super...

Everyone was super friendly and professional. Lovely experience, especially as a first time snorkeler. The cenote was absolutely gorgeous and felt truly out of this world. No phones or cameras are allowed in the cenote so be prepared to purchase a photo or just live with the memory. I really enjoyed and appreciated that our guide, Chewy, gave a detailed, yet entertaining historical background to everything we saw. The beachside lunch was surprisingly delicious - we both got a fairly large burrito.

LONG day but worth it

We were staying in Puerto Morales and we were picked up at 6:30 am. We were dropped back at our resort at 8:30 pm. It was a very long day! That being said, although extremely hot, chichen itza was amazing. Cesar was an excellent guide. He is very passionate and knowledgeable. Swimming in the cenote was so refreshing. Lunch was tasty. Tequila tasting was fun and educational.

I took both the Chichen Itza World Wonder Discovery, and the Muyil Lazy River tour. Both were an absolute delight. Lively, knowledgeable and engaged guides with Santi for Chichen Itza and Carlos for Muyil. I’ve never been on a tour before where the guides felt so much like they lived and loved the land and the history. They were passionate about the Mayan culture and enthusiastic for questions, recommended local eateries with amazing food, and gave deep insight into the area. It made both tours a genuine pleasure for more than just the location; it felt more like a group that cared to share, than a mass tour machine and it was all the better for it. Thank you to both, and Axel as the driver for both trips! Helped make Mexico a delight.I'd actually recommend booking through the Mexico Kan website; it makes it easier to pay and organise and much easier to sort the pickup costs outside Tulum.

Lovely tour with a personal touch (worth the money)

We would highly recommend this tour.The whole experience was absolutely lovely. Every step was thought through well and the day had a good pace to it. Iber, our guide, was very entertaining, attentive and knowledgeable. The personal touch of home made snacks and environmentally friendly approach to the tour was refreshing. The cenote was incredible and not overcrowded. The lunch food was tasty in a beautiful restaurant.We were considering a cheaper option at first, but this tour seemed a lot more private and chill. It was definitely worth the money.
