Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga in Sarasota
It’s a fun experience on the water. We love to bring the elements into the practice as we learn to zen out on our paddle boards. The little extra challenge of balance makes the yoga practice more mindful. We feel at one with the water and our bodies while enjoying the soft breeze and sun on our skin.
A beautifully mindful yoga class on the water. We will guide you through a series of simple yoga poses with beginner to advanced options while you drift away on your paddle board. Move, flow and balance with your mind and body while you interact with the element of water in an unforgettable experience. We finish each class with a couple minutes for an expression session and photos. No experience needed.
