To/From Nassau International Airport to Atlantis, RIU, Comfort Suites, Warwick, Margaritaville Beach Resort, Courtyard Marriot, Holiday Inn, British Hilton, Bayview Suites, Sunrise Beach Club and Paradise Island Beach Club  

ARRIVAL
Once you arrive and deplane, you will first have to clear Immigration. After Immigration, you proceed to Baggage Claims and then onto Customs. After you clear Customs, please proceed to the exit of the terminal. An Airport Greeter will be at the exit with a sign reading Simons Transports.

The Greeter will assist you to the loading area of the shuttle. The shuttle leaves every hour on the hour. If you miss the hour, then you will have to wait for the next shuttle at the next hour.

As this is a shared transfer, you will be dropped off according to your hotel's location on the route.

DEPARTURE/RETURN
As this a Shared Shuttle and there are multiple pick up locations along the route your shuttle will arrive at your hotel bell desk 15 minutes prior or after the hour. Please reconfirm with us by the day prior to your departure of the exact time the bus will be at your specific hotel for your pick up. It is very important to be on time, as the bus will not wait past 5 minutes of the assigned time for your hotel.

• Infants 0-2 years old, may ride for free on a parents lap. Should you wish for your infant to ride in a car seat, please add your infant to the total passenger count. All other children 3-6 years old MUST be secured in a car seat/ booster. You are free to bring your own or you may request a car seat/booster for an additional cost at the time of booking. 
• When selecting your shuttle time slot for arrival, Please allocate approximately 45 minutes after landing for clearing immigration and customs.
• For your return shuttle, you will be assigned a shuttle time of 3 hours prior to your flight's departure time. Your return shuttle details will be provided 24-48 hours after booking.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
