What To Expect
Indulge in Authentic Portuguese Cuisine in a Cozy, Vegan-friendly Setting.
Experience traditional Portuguese food with a traditional Portuguese ambiance, prepared specifically form the host Mateus for his beloved vegans and vegetarians. Most of the produce will be organic, using vegetables and fruits from small farmers and local markets.
Expect a night full of fun and entertainment.
About your host Mateus: "My name is Mateus and my heart belongs to Lisboa, despite I was born in Brasil. I arrived in Portugal in 2015 and here I discovered my passion - the kitchen. I have been in the business for more than 6 years, formed Kitchen Management and Production in one of the most prestigious and famous Touristic and Gastronomic schools in Portugal - Escola de Hotelaria.
My passion is to bring a smile through the kitchen, family and traditional or more modern and a little bit sophisticated, but always with a warm and special touch - mine."
