If you choose Lisbon airport - Includes 1 hour of waiting after arrival, plus 30 minutes of tolerance. Includes luggage and parking fees. Modern vehicles, bilingual drivers, water and wi-fi included.
The Driver will wait with your name in the arrivals area. Provide information:
-On flight number, passenger name and baggage number.
-You should request a child seat if needed. Excessively large or excessive baggage (for example, surfboards, golf clubs or bicycles) may have certain restrictions, please inform us before traveling to confirm if excess baggage is acceptable.

- Confirmation is instant and will be received at time of booking
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Specialized infant seats are available
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Should request a child seat if necessary.
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- If you choose Lisbon or Porto airport: Shall provide information on the flight number, name of the passenger and number of baggage.
- We are Flexible but if exceeding the time limit will have an additional value. Any flight delay should always inform us, otherwise no show will be given. Any type of flight delays or even cancellations are the responsibility of the airline.
- Mandatory: Infant seats are available on request if advised at time of booking ( Portuguese Law Mandatory
- Hotel and apartment pick up includes maximum 30 minutes of waiting.
- Airport pick up - Inform us about the flight number and time of pick up. Includes 1 hour of waiting and more 30 minutes of tolerance (maximum). Please advise us in advance of flight delays or cancellations to make changes. If you do not inform us, we will not make any kind of payment refund.
