Meeting and Pickup
We offer convenient pick-up services for hotels located in the city center. For accommodations outside this area, we have two alternative meeting points: the Hard Rock Cafe Lisboa on Avenida da Liberdade, or the Kiosk in Jardim do Tabaco, close to the Cruise Terminal.If you’re unsure whether your address is within our service area, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll gladly confirm for you.In case you decide later and haven't specified a pick-up location in advance, the default meeting spot will be the Hard Rock Cafe Lisboa.For those choosing the pick-up near the Cruise Terminal, once you disembark, simply cross the street and look for our tour guides at the red kiosk right after the pedestrian crossing.

- A maximum of 6 people per vehicle. Average weight per passenger 80kg.
- Children 6 years old and under are not legally allowed to ride on a EcoTuk Tuk. Children from 7 to 12 years old or minimum of 1.35m (4.42 feet) can ride on a Booster seat (please let us know beforehand if you need one). Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- It´s forbidden for pregnant women and intoxicated people, not recommended to mentally or physically incapacitated people or to people with prosthesis.
- A different Pick up and/or drop off is available on request upon an extra charge payment. Please let us know if you want a different location from the one included.
- Availability for shows cannot be checked without making a booking. Credit cards will only be charged upon confirmation of show availability.
- Price is per person. Adult pricing applies to all travelers.
- No large items allowed in the Tuk Tuk (like suitcases or strolers).
- Free rescheduling/refunding/cancellation available up to 24h before the activity, after that, full charges apply.
