For Pick up at Lisbon City or Any City at Algarve Region - 15 minutes. For Airport / Port Pick up - We offer you 1 hour and 30 minutes Free (we offer 1 hour and 30 minutes. We wait for you at the door of the arrivals of the Airport / Port , with your name on a plate). Any Delay inform us.

If you choose Lisbon or Faro airport - Includes 1 hour of waiting after arrival, plus 30 minutes of tolerance. Includes luggage and parking fees. Modern vehicles, bilingual drivers, water and wi-fi included. All drivers will wait with your name on a plate in the arrivals area. Provide information on flight number, passenger name and baggage number. You should request a child seat if needed. Excessively large or excessive baggage (for example, surfboards, golf clubs or bicycles) may have certain restrictions, please ask the operator before traveling to confirm if excess baggage is acceptable.

- Specialized infant seats are available
- Mandatory: Infant seats are available on request if advised at time of booking ( Portuguese Law Mandatory)
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- If you choose Lisbon airport: Shall provide information on the flight number, name of the passenger and number of baggage. Includes 1 hour of waiting after arrival, plus 30 minutes of tolerance. Waiting time at the airport includes 1 hour and 30 minutes free of charge. We are Flexible but if exceeding the time limit will have an additional value. Any flight delay should always inform us. Any type of flight delays or even cancellations are the responsibility of the airline.
- Airport / Port Pick Up - 1 hour and 30 Minutes of waiting is Free of Charges - After 1 hour and 30 minutes is an additional Charge of 30€ per hour.
- If you plan to make several stops along the trip to visit other cities at South of Portugal. Please let us know. We will have to make a plan and the amount may increase or not according to the stops.
