Meeting and Pickup
For arrivals at Lisbon Airport (LIS), your professional driver will be waiting at the official Meeting Point in the Arrivals Hall, after baggage claim and customs, holding a sign with your name. Please follow the airport signs for “Meeting Point.”We monitor all flights in real time, so your pickup time is automatically adjusted in case of delay. Your transfer includes 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time after landing.Please ensure your mobile phone is switched on upon arrival. Free Wi-Fi is available at the airport if needed.Pickup can also be arranged from hotels, accommodations, or other addresses within Lisbon city upon request. Please provide full pickup details at the time of booking.

For departures, your driver will pick you up directly at your hotel, accommodation, or specified address at the scheduled time. We recommend being ready 10 minutes before pickup.
