The trip to the Barrier Reef was exceptional- the crew whilst friendly were professional and very focused on safety. A fantastic day with such natural beauty topped with the helicopter ride showing the varying colours from above. The equipment provided for snorkelling was of great quality and provided comfort and confidence whilst in the water. A fabulous day and well worth the money.The Skyrsil was only partially operational but a great view of the rain forest from above. Unfortunately the train was available as they found track issues - whilst disappointing, safety first! Still an enjoyable day up in Kuranda and the Skyrail team did extremely well ensuring we still had a great day.

Put this on your bucket list. The entire experience was 5 star and I cannot rate it highly enough. Ignore the older reviews as this is a new pontoon and a new experience. The food was out of this world and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING !

Had the best time on the ‘Spank me’ sailing trip. The views were beautiful, the crew was lovely and the group was fun! Would definitely recommend.

The 2 day sailing tour was amazing. We saw a lot of turtles, whales and visited beautiful beaches! Max, Cat and Andrea were amazing staff, made beautiful dishes and it was a very fun trip! Highly recommend!

Our experience with Cruise Whitsundays was truly unforgettable, and so much of that is thanks to the wonderful people who made our stay and our first diving experience so special.Emma and Regan were exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Their genuine warmth, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. They seemed to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask, and it was the little thoughtful touches that made us feel so well looked after. It felt much more personal than simply being guests — we genuinely felt cared for.A very special highlight was our first ever diving experience with James and Macy. As first-time divers, we were naturally a little nervous, but they were absolutely fantastic. Their patience, professionalism and calm, reassuring approach made us feel incredibly safe and confident throughout the experience. They took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed us, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Thanks to them, what could have been an intimidating first experience became one of the most exciting and memorable parts of our trip.We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Emma, Regan, James and Macy all contributed in their own way to making this trip incredibly special. We left with wonderful memories, a huge appreciation for the care they put into what they do, and a strong desire to come back.Thank you all for making our experience so unforgettable — we truly felt in the best hands from beginning to end!

It's our first time coming to Australia from Canada and we were not sure what to expect in the "winter" but I saw this excursion and planned our whole trip around it. Best decision ever! The weather was perfect for swimming the reef and exploring the rainforest. The crews energy on both days was fun and knowledgeable and we felt 100% like we were in the best hands, seeing this part of the world in the best ways! As a family with young teens, the only time they asked for the phone was to take pictures. Worth ever penny and the meals were delicious!

This is our second time using Billy Tea Safaris and again we loved them! They made the whole process seamless for our trip. We did the Great Barrier Reef tour with their partner Down Under Dive & Exploration and then the Outback & Daintree with them directly. They also got us set up to explore Kuranda (going up on the sky rail and taking the scenic train back home). The guides are great, small tour group sizes and great activities. Highly recommend this tour group while in Cairns.If you are choosing to stay in an VRBO / Air B&B type place, this is the only hiccup as they can't pick you up from your residence but will have you meet at another central location - this added some costs to our trip (needing to UBER to get to this spot), but this was of our own choosing - just something to be aware of in booking. But its totally worth it!

This is a 3 day adventure. The Reef Cruise to the Great Barrier Reefs was super great! The crew of Evolution were extremely friendly & helpful. We snorkeled 2 reefs-great views-crew made us feel safe & comfortable in water! Steak, shrimp & fish lunch was great! Second leg of tour was the Outback-our driver/tour narrator was very knowledgeable & entertaining. Chillagoe Caves explored were phenomenal! Saw lots of Roo’s, views of rain forests, highlands before hitting Outback Outer region were scenic. Its a long day, close to 12 hours & 360 miles, but we did a good # of enjoyable stops-a great overall adventure! The Rainforest leg was cancelled due to torrential rains & flooding. Billy Tea Safaris promptly refunded charge for this tour leg! Billy Tea Safaris great to work with, they answer calls or promptly return calls on booking details!

We thoroughly enjoyed this 2 day tour! All of the staff from the Evolution were welcoming, helpful, and incredibly friendly. They really know how to run a tour! We have the most incredible memories from the Great Barrier Reef and have not stopped talking about this day. Just the most amazing coral, fish, and even sea turtles! On our Daintree Rainforest day, we had James as our guide and you could tell how passionate he was about his job. We were able to see cassowaries, a crocodile, and made a special stop for wallabies. The rainforest walk and Daintree Ice Cream stop were the highlights of this tour!

What an amazing way to experience all Cairns has to offer in 3 days. All the days were different but magical in their own ways. The professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of all the staff was first class. You are never rushed , the equipment they provide is excellent and the value is great. Thank you , you have made Cairns a special memory for us

The teams at Down Under Cruise & Dive , Billy Tea Safaris and Skyrail were welcoming and exceptional - they made my experience in Cairns so memorable! Highly recommended!Day 1: Evolution Full Day Reef Cruise To start our day, we were welcomed by the friendly and experienced cruise members of the Evolution. Our trip to the Reef was bumpy due to the wind, and I got rather sick. One of the cruise members was very helpful, they made sure to check on me and directed me to a more ventilated area of the boat - that made me feel better, enough to enjoy the beauty of the Great Barrier Reef. Buffet lunch included salads, prawns, grilled fish and steak, scones and muffins - not exactly my style, but undoubtedly decent.Day 2: Daintree Rainforest Tour Daniel, our tour guide, was funny, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely dedicated. He even went the extra mile to make sure our group got to see the cassowaries in the Daintree Forest. Thank you, Daniel!Day 3: Kuranda Train and Skyrail Kuranda and the Butterfly Sanctuary were absolutely beautiful. I am grateful and impressed that the team made sure to book me a window seat facing forward on the train back to Cairns. The view that I got was spectacular.

I had a fantastic trip with the Avatar crew and all other members of the trip. Kate, Kianna and Jemma were very knowledgeable and super helpful. Special shoutout to Jemma for taking amazing photos too

Amazing experience, had the best time sailing the Whitsundays and all the other islands. Snorkelling was absolutely incredible and something I’ll remember forever. The crew were excellent, shout out to Kate, Gemma, Kianna for looking after us over the last 2 days :)

Stayed here in one of the Underwater suites for our Anniversary, an absolutely amazing experience, we got to enjoy all the reef life once all the day visitors had left, the food & the staff were fantastic (shout out to Liv & Jordanne) we shared the experience with a great bunch of people from various countries. Got to experience the helicopter flight over heart reef. (Got to do it) The actual suite was amazing, comfy bed & decent shower, great to fall asleep watching the marine life swim by. Got to see the locals too Crush the turtle & George the grouper

Absolutely spectacular trip. Spent the night in the reef suite watching fish constantly swim past. Best staff and customer service I've had for a long time. Nothing was too much trouble. Great snorkel tour too.
