Nina was excellent with information and graciousness
First we needed to shift our tour time kind of last minute and Nina happily accommodated us. We thought we would have to cancel! And so happy we did not. Clearly Nina is very well informed of all things Lapland and she shared all sorts of information and folklore and stories and history. We really enjoyed the walk and found the area far more interesting than we were expecting. We thought it was just a quiet fairly rural area…. It is so much more. Thank you Nina!

City Sightseeing and Santa Village Guided Tour, Small group

Amazing.
We had an amazing experience with the Nordic Adventures team! Despite the warming spring weather, there was still plenty of snow for our reindeer and husky sledding activities. Our guide was fun, friendly, and very knowledgeable — sharing great tips and fascinating stories about Lapland and its culture. Everything felt relaxed and authentic, never rushed or pushy, and we really got to experience the local traditions. Visiting Santa was absolutely priceless and so precious for our 8-year-old — truly a moment to remember forever! March turned out to be a perfect time to visit, with no lines or crowds at all. Overall, an unforgettable adventure and definitely worth every euro. 11/10 — highly recommended!

Santa’s village
We had a fantastic day at Santa’s village, all managed very well by our lovely guide Aneeq. We were collected from our holiday home and transported in comfort, we visited Santa, had photos taken at the artic circle crossing and at the signpost to home. Lunch was organised followed by free time to browse the shops when we were ready Aneeq sorted a taxi to take us back home. A great day thank you

Exceptional Lapland Experience with NortsaV Tours – Highly Recommended!
I recently booked a private tour with NortsaV Tours in Rovaniemi, and it was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. As an English-speaking traveler, I was thrilled with their amazing English-speaking service – the communication was clear, friendly, and professional right from the initial inquiry. Our guide was fantastic: knowledgeable, passionate about Lapland’s nature and culture, and incredibly attentive to our group’s needs. The vehicle was spotless and comfortable, making the drive through the stunning Arctic landscapes feel luxurious and safe, even in winter conditions.NortsaV Tours truly delivers an exceptional, authentic Lapland adventure. I can’t recommend them enough – if you’re visiting Rovaniemi, book with them for a memorable, hassle-free trip!

Santa Claus Village
They provide express pass to Santa which was the most valuable thing. We had videos amd photo and we spent quality time with Santa. The rest of the tour was pretty much on our own. The lunch was very bad. The food was not good but I guess anywhere around the touristic places you will get the same quality.

A wonderful photography experience!
Our photography tour with Alexis was fantastic. It was just the two of us with him. Alexis took us around all the photographic highlights of Rovaniemi. He was friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. He took some beautiful pictures of us, and the scenery around us. Allowed us all the time we wanted in order to get all the photographs we wished to take. Thank you Alexis for a truly wonderful trip 😊

photography tour with Oren
we went as a group of four. our guide, Oren, was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to our small requests throughout the trip. we went to multiple points of interest and were able to capture amazing views. during lunchtime we got a fire going and prepared some campfire food and snacks. even though we did so much and never felt rushed, we had some extra time in the end and Oren took us to an off-path, secluded waterfall, which was a beautiful view and very serene. overall, it was an experience well worth the cost, and i would recommend this tour to any who loves nature hikes and nature photography.

A very happy visit to Santa
We had a lovely tour with Tanya. Her style of storytelling really brought Santa Village alive for us. She also shared a lot of interesting facts about life in Rovaniemi and Finland in general. She was very nice and thoughtful throughout, and helped us with some great photos! The tour was well-planned overall - we had just the right amount of time for the various activities and got a lot of useful tips and guidance from Tanya.

Great experience, we recommend it. Nina gave us the city tour with a nice walk and made us discover places that we would not have seen alone. He also took a beautiful picture by the lake which he then sent us.
