The whole experience was amazing and Claudia was the best. She knew exactly what we needed and what we didnt to be comfortable and easy walking between cenotes. Pick up from our place of stay was a breeze and Claudia kept us informed the whole way. The food. Can't say enough good things. Best chicken ive ever had, completely fall off the bone, deliciousness. Highly recommend!

Seriously, you can stop searching for tours now. We have been fortunate to go on many tours in different countries with our children. This was THE best. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable and hospitable. He was so accommodating and willing to change the itinerary as one of our children started to not feel well on the tour. He made sure that everyone was taken care of and we learned so much!Paul picked us up from our hotel lobby. He communicated clearly what we should bring with us and what he would bring. He was on time and let us know as he was approaching.It was an absolute pleasure to talk to Paul on the drive to Chichan Itza (which is not a short drive!). He is interesting and engaging. He gave us some relevant history and was able to answer our questions. He partners with a local guide at chichen itza who is brilliant. The other guides were all friendly and it is clear that he is well-liked by the broader community, which speaks to how he interacts with others. We took a long time here asking many questions and shopping with the local artists. Paul never rushed us and gave us as much time as we needed.We went to a fantastic lunch at a small roadside restaurant that was packed with locals (it was a local holiday the day that we went). He is friends with the cooks and one of my children was able to make tortillas with them.The cenote that we went to was great! Paul gave us the inside scoop so that we skipped lines and knew the best ways to have fun there. He tailored the choice of cenote to the interests of our family and the timing of our arrival to ensure the best experience.Our last stop was a town that we ended up not exploring much because one of our children started to not feel well. He adapted the schedule so that our son was more comfortable while making sure that we still got to try the amazing food there.Really, I can not say enough good things about this experience. As a professional researcher, I can assure you that you can stop searching now and just book!

It was a very nice tour. Out guide, Frank, had so much knowledge about the Maya as he even is a Maya himself. He explained everything about rituals, sacrifices, games and the gods. At every place there was enough greeting planned after a quick tour by Frank. I can definitely recommend him and the driver José, as the ride was very smooth. The only thing I have to admit is, that in the end it was almost 200€ per person for us, which was definitely too expensive in our opinion. Nevertheless was the tour and each spot wonderful to look at!

This trip really was wonderful! Getting to see the culture of Mexico, the Mayan way of living and the UNESCO Chichen Itza was really a great opportunity. Cannot forget the tequila tasting session! Myself and my partner had a brilliant day out, being able to live new experiences that we would not get elsewhere!All of this could not have been possible without our driver and guides along the way. Kevin and Juam took us through the culture and heritage throughout the day - helping us to understand the importance of these artefacts and being so welcoming and interactive along the way. Thanks to Yosua, we enjoyed the best excursion to snorkel with turtles and fish, followed by a beautiful cenote and ending the day with a lovely lunch at Juanita restaurant. Yosua was so kind, knowledgeable and made the whole experience that much better So glad we got to do all 3 activities and spend a decent amount of time at each! Absolutely recommend.

Such a special experience and easily one of the highlights of our time in Playa del Carmen. Pet Cemetery cenote was absolutely magical, but Juan is what really made the day memorable. He was warm, funny, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel genuinely personal rather than just another tour. You can tell he really loves what he does. This is a private tour that includes an underground cenote and an open cenote (in our experience). The underground cenote is a unique & incredible adventure, but maybe not a great idea for people who experience claustrophobia or don't enjoy caves.Eduardo is a fantastic tour guide, pointing out small details one would otherwise miss if not familiar with the caves (silk worms, calcified tree roots, etc). The cenotes he took us to are not popularly travelled. However, they are peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful. The underground cenote requires more physical work to get through, but is not difficult. The open cenote is swim/snack/relax at will.Our guide, Eduardo: He's knowledgeable about the cenotes, and clearly loves the environment he both works in and protects. His demeanor is friendly in a familiar way, making the trip feel like you're hanging out with a friend versus being a tourist.
