Stunning location. Julie was fantastic. The meet up location was very convenient and easy to find. Suitable for either beginners or practiced, very inclusive and restorative. Highly recommend.

My teen daughter and I took this class together. It’s a good class for all levels and not too strenuous. We were on a quiet part of the beach and it was very peaceful and relaxing. We got some cute pictures of us from during the class and the instructor also took a few photos of us after class. Overall it was fun.

Such a wonderful way to start the day! An easy, relaxing yoga flow in a beautiful setting. Lizi, was a wondeful instructor. Would recommend this experience.

A truly wonderful yoga experience! The instructor was attentive, professional, and genuinely passionate about what she does. The session was suitable for all levels, offering a perfect balance between relaxation and physical challenge. Practicing on the beach while listening to the ocean and seagulls created such a peaceful atmosphere. I left feeling both energized and relaxed. Highly recommended!

Very professional and friendly. I booked a photoshoot. We took a lot of photos in all possible poses, and that in a beautiful setting.

Incredible sunset yoga experience. Julie was so lovely. The location and view were stunning and she took pictures of us that were available so soon after. Absolutely loved. Wished I was in Lagos for longer to do it again.

Watching the sun rise and listening to the waves crash as we practiced yoga on the beach in Lagos was amazing. The perfect way to start the day. Lizi was a wonderful yoga instructor. The flow was gentle and welcoming to all. We are a family of five and we all enjoyed the experience. This is a must do when visiting Lagos, definitely worth getting up early for! Thank you Lizi!

This was a great Yoga session, the most advanced I have attended in a beach. The teacher is experienced !

A fabulous yoga experience. Led by Roberta, our yoga class was beautifully located on the beach, the flow was of an appropriate level and the instruction was clear.

Very nice experience with yoga accessible to all. A little difficult DE find balance on the sand but it muscle more. Amazing 😅

Sunset yoga at the beach with Lizi was unbelievable after 2 super tough days of a training camp it was definitely what was needed to recover the body to prepare for that final day push It was so relaxing and with the sound of the sea in the background and Lizi calm voice was a truly wonderful experienceHighly recommend

The instructor was wonderful. She taught at just the right pace whether experienced or inexperienced. The beach setting was stunning and the sound of the waves crashing provided a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I attended my very first Sunset Yoga class on Saturday, June 8, 2024, in Lagos, and it was a truly amazing experience. The instructor was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, including those of us with no prior experience.unfortunately we couldn't see the sunset due to the clouds, But I felt encouraged and supported throughout, and the instructor's guidance helped me feel more confident in my movements.It's definitely an experience I would recommend to anyone, regardless of their yoga background. Thank you for such a wonderful introduction to yoga. I can't wait to see the photos and laugh at how balanced (or not) I looked in the Warrior 3 pose!5 Stars experienceRegards, Kaj
