Great day out, lots of good experiences.

We actually booked this through World 2 Meet in our hotel lobby. The trip was amazing from beginning to end. Kary V. was our guide and being a girl from Mexico she was full of knowledge and information about every aspect of our excursion. First we went to Tulum for a guided tour given by none other than Kary V. It was really a great tour and she gave us a great history lesson as well as telling us much of the Mayan culture. Kary V even had snacks and cold water waiting for us after our hot Tulum tour! Next we went snorkeling to swim with sea turtles as well as sting rays. We got on a boat and went out into the water. Then after jumping into the water Kary V guided us through the beautiful waters pointing out various sea life as we snorkeled our way back to shore. There was a photographer who was busy taking beautiful photos of us all along the way. Kary V did a great job of giving us clear instructions on how to stay out of trouble during our swim. Little rules that would not be intuitive but are very important to protect the reef and the sea creatures! As advertised we got to see sea turtles and sting ray as well as a host of other aquatic life. Our last stop was a cenote. Again the photographer captured some amazing shots of our party as we swam through the cool waters of the cenote. It was really beautiful and our amazing host Kary V did not disappoint in her instruction and knowledge of our surroundings. We even got to see some sleeping bats in the top of the cenote. Afterwards we were rewarded with an amazing lunch of tacos! There was a nice variety to chose from and everything was really tasty! I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who visits the area. Our driver was also amazing as he stayed with our belongings so we didn't have any fear of losing anything that we took with us on the trip! It was really nice not to have to carry everything with us every step of the journey especially when we were in the hot Mexican sun at our Tulum tour. Also he did a great job of driving us safely there and getting us back to the resort timely!

This was an amazing experience. It was my sister and I and we booked through Cool Destinations and they made the whole trip easy, They picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel and I felt very safe! We had Rafa as our tour guide and Tibu for our driver. They were both very friendly and made sure we were safe and got on the right bus they were double counting everyone. Rafa was great and knew the locals so it felt like we were visiting family and not like we were tourist. I definetly recommend. My biggest thing was safety because we were girls and the whole trip was smooth and it was so much fun and really got to learn the history and Rafa took time to answer and share his knowledge.

It was a great time. More time on the island would have been nice but getting to the island was a blast

Stefanía was our tour guide. She did an amazing job. I told her I couldn’t swim and she was always making sure I was ok during the snorkeling and cenote swim. Loved it.

Raffa our guide was very knowledgeable. He had a great sense of humor especially as our tour started so early.

This excursion was wonderful! The catamaran is great with great staff/service, the snorkeling is awesome, and the amount of time spent on the island felt perfect. We also had a mishap where I thought I had booked a different time than I did and we completely missed our original boat.. we called and they were extremely understanding and did what they could go get us on the next boat. We were so grateful to be able to do the excursion and that they made it happen for us! It is totally worth it if you're debating this excursion, definitely recommend!

This was a well organized tour. From communicating, coordinating where to meet, going on the tour, lunch... this was definately the highlight of my trip to Cancun. I would highly recommend this tour company.

We had such an amazing experience with our private chef! Everything from the food to the service was honestly so special. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and you could really tell how much care went into every dish. Having the chef come to our home made the whole night feel so intimate and luxurious, and it was definitely one of our favorite parts of the trip.The chef was so kind and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the evening. We got to relax, enjoy our food, and just have a really nice time without having to worry about anything. I’m so happy we decided to book this experience, and I would 100% do it again! 🤍✨

You’ll have about 2 hours at Chichen Itza - an hour with the guide, an hour on your own. Enough to visit the “main” temples - but not enough if you want to visit the full site. More than enough for us - it was HOT! You’ll also be in a van for about 2-2.5 hours each way since they pick up folks at other resorts. They do make bathroom stops. Lunch is a turkey and ham sandwich that’s not all that good; bring your own food if you don’t want that. Make sure to also check ticket prices; we were asked to pay $50 for our tickets but others on our tour were only asked to pay $35 since they booked through a different agency (through their hotel). Cancun Adventures was the company that actually ran the tour. Overall, recommend this if you just want to see Chichen Itza!

This was a great tour, especially if you’re short on time and just want to see the Mayan ruins at Chichen Itza. Many of the other tours take much longer because they include side trips to a Cenote and etc. But this fit my schedule perfectly. Great, knowledgeable tour guide, bottled water, sodas and snacks as well as sandwiches for lunch provided.

Really had a great tour of Tulum with Jano. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made it a great experience and we got to spend enough time to see the entire area.

If you don’t mind caves and climbing stairs all day then you’ll definitely enjoy this. Its worth the money. I just didn’t expect to do 7 zip lines back to back. I thought I could choose which ones I wanted to do etc. The buffet had some awesome wings! I do give this a 5 star because I didnt know what to expect but i still saw the value in the park. Im just not big on caves and cant swim 😩🤣 but someone who doesn't mind will love this!

A wonderful time, even in the humidity! Gato was very knowledgeable and it was fun to learn from him. The admission fee was fair for a half-day tour. The atmosphere was great; we had several other travelers from our country to talk to! The crowd was kind of large. We had to keep sidestepping other tour groups and it was hard to take pictures. To finalize, Gato was great and we had an awesome time!
