Excellent guide. Alot of high steps!! Be prepared. Wear good closed shoes. Bring water and have enjoy the challenge of seeing both palaces

Definitely you’ll need good walking shoes. Be prepared for an uphill grind. Our tour guide seemed to know when to stop and let this older lady catch her breath.

Rodrigo was a wonderful tour guide. He was so kind and friendly which we needed in a foreign country. I appreciated how he took care of all of us. He was knowledgeable about the history and this tour was perfect even for us with some mobility issues. Not a lot of walking . I highly recommend this tour .

Rodrigo Campos provided a great and fun day experience with a good history of Sintra, Pena Palace, Moorish Castle, and a hidden hike overlooking Cascais before spending our afternoon lunch in Cascais.Wear comfortable walking shoes and be prepared to climb up and down uneven ground to visit the palace and castle. If weather is hot, wear sunscreen, a hat and bring water. You can also purchase water in the souvenir shops.Thanks for a great tour on our last day in Lisbon!

Booking our Pena Palace and Park tickets through Dream Fly Tourism LLC was a great choice. The whole experience was easy and well arranged, with no confusion during the process. We loved exploring the beautiful palace, colorful architecture, and surrounding park. Everything went smoothly and made our visit truly memorable!

The visit is very evocative and an absolute must-do. In terms of "experience," I don't have much to say, since I simply purchased tickets for admission. It is bizarre that from the purchase, made weeks before the trip, the delivery of the tickets was only carried out the day before the scheduled visit, although this circumstance was foreseen and reported (not clearly enough) by Booking, the portal through which I booked. Therefore, pay maximum attention if you book with Booking: the Booking receipt will not allow you to access the Palace, but the actual tickets will be delivered via email the day before. In the email to which the tickets are attached, there is a detailed explanation from the operator regarding the times required to access the Palace, which must be strictly respected for logistical reasons. In these respects, the assistant was precise.

Famous for its vibrant yellow and red facades, eclectic architecture, and panoramic views over the surrounding Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, it is a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site. We had a timed entry ticket. Visit early in the day before the temperatures rise.

Wellington was so friendly and patient—and he happily answered all of our son’s questions. (Our son is a very curious 10-year-old). He also extended our tour time to make sure we saw every palace on the itinerary.

Worth a visit just for the gorgeous park and walk up to the palace. Absolutely stunning.

This was one of the top highlights of our 11-day trip to Portugal. Our driver was excellent. He was filling in for someone who had a broken foot and normally worked maintaining all their wonderful jeeps. We always felt safe while having some fun too. Each stop was excellent. From the gardens to the incredible lunch in a chief's personal home, I could not recommend a better way to spend your day. You get a great sense of the Portuguese culture and the wonderful people there.

Fredrico was absolute the best. We wanted a different experience and he showed us the part of Sintra through his eyes and compassions. This is truly the best way to see Sintra and all the surrounding areas. He had great compsssion for his country and it rubbed off to us. Thank you for an amazing day!

Our day with Tomás was absolutely wonderful. He was so knowledgeable and personable. It was a great mix of learning, enjoying, conversing, and having some time to ourselves. Between sites we enjoyed a delicious, authentic lunch at a non-touristy restaurant that we never would have found on our own. Tomás was happy to wait for me to take a million pictures and was great at getting pics of my husband and me that weren’t selfies. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Best experience ever! Antonio started by asking about my level, and what was important to me. It was most certainly a hike, rugged and uphill. He is very knowledgable about the plant life, the flowers, the history. Very enjoyable, happy to have had this experiende
