Wonderful hike with Miguel! He tailors the experience to your skill ability and goes above and beyond, from the beginning to the end, to make sure everyone is having a great time. My friends and I made lasting memories on this hike and enjoyed soaking in a beautiful sunset. Definitely recommend!

The tour was nothing less than amazing! We saw dolphins almost immediately and spent hours surrounded by them. Seeing them so close in their natural environment was truly unforgettable. We also got to see the coast from the sea and reach the western point of Europe!Diogo and Xavier were fantastic: funny, knowledgeable and professional. They took great care of us and shared lots of interesting facts about the dolphins, Cascais and marine life.Definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Don’t miss it for any reason! 🐬

We went out on a monohull sailboat with Captain Bennie and crew Vasco. The winds were mild as it was late morning and the winds don't build until the afternoon, but we could not have had a more enjoyable time. They are both so interesting and gave tons of information about Portugal. We never expected that. I would give them six stars but it only goes up to 5. We have had a sailboat on the Chesapeake Bay for 15 years and the captain even taught us some things that we will be able to use on our return when sailing our own boat. I picked this company due to their high reviews, and I see now why they get such good ones. I would return in a heartbeat. My only regret is not getting a picture with the four of us. Chris and Luci

Angelo is an amazing guide! He goes over the history of Portugal while sampling some of the locally owned restaurants. He has a great deal of knowledge and even gave us an extensive list of places to try in our stop, Lisbon.

We did a 2 hour sail with Benny and Vasco. They were excellent hosts and shared lots of good information with us. We had a great time sailing and chatting with them. Would book with them again in the future. Very knowledgeable. If we could give them 10 stars we would. All the best you guys!

Daniel and Caterina were excellent guides. Our family group was a mix of experienced Kayakers and first timers. They created a kayaking experience that we could all enjoy regardless of experience. Highly recommend this fun experience!

This was an incredible and breathtaking experience. Miguel was a wonderful guide that quickly became our friend. He was patient, kind, funny, and very knowledgeable about the history and terrain of the places we visited. He took photos throughout our trip for us as well which was awesome. The trek can be a bit of a scramble at times but Miguel made it manageable with his great tips and tricks and a helping hand throughout the trip. I highly recommend closed toed shoes with good grip for this hike and so does Miguel! This was an unforgettable experience and I highly recommend anyone visiting the area do this experience with Miguel.

In August we booked a three hour trip on the Cranch and it exceeded our expectation. We were greeted at the office and escorted to the boat where we met Paul the captain. Paul was very welcoming and greeted us with champagne. It’s a beautiful boat and was ready to go. We toured up and down the coast, and I was surprised about how knowledgeable Paul was about the area. We stopped twice along the route for a swim and we saw the beach we were at the day before from a different view. Captain Paul even recommended a place we went for dinner and that was fantastic too. If you’re in Cascais this is something you don’t want to miss it’s a great value for the money. It definitely should be on your must do list.

Had a great 2-hour boat trip with Kiko and Madelena. We are a family of six, from 15-83, and hired Katerina Boat. We all loved it: very comfortable, interesting commentary, as well as time to stop for a swim. Would definitely recommend.

Central Tours made our family trip to Portugal truly unforgettable.We had a general idea of what we wanted to experience, but Sara helped us co-create a thoughtful, well-rounded itinerary about a month before our departure. She tailored it perfectly for our family of five—two 12-year-old twin boys and a 5-year-old.Our first stop was Lisbon, where Ruben was waiting for us at the airport. From the moment we met him, he was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. His bus was impeccably clean, he spoke excellent English, and he made the arrival process seamless. He drove us directly to our hotel, helped with our luggage, waited while we checked in, and made sure we had time to settle into our room and grab lunch.Over our two days in Lisbon, Ruben brought the city’s history to life. We visited beautiful churches, historic landmarks, castles, and breathtaking viewpoints. He knew the stories, names, and dates behind everything we saw, but—more importantly—he explained it all in a way that genuinely engaged our kids and helped them appreciate how special Portugal’s history is. He even gave our youngest a piggyback ride up to a castle!After Lisbon, Ruben drove us to the Algarve, about a 2.5-hour journey. The Algarve is paradise on Earth, and Ruben made it even more memorable by taking us to beautiful, less-crowded spots, helping capture family photos, and continuing to share the history and local context that made every stop more meaningful. It was an absolute highlight of our trip.For our final stop, we stayed in Cascais and took a day trip to Sintra, where we explored spectacular castles, palaces, and the famous well. Ruben’s knowledge and enthusiasm never faded, and by the end of the trip, saying goodbye to both him and Sara felt like saying goodbye to extended family.What stood out most was that we never felt like just another group of tourists. As we got to know Sara and Ruben, it became clear that this level of care, hospitality, and pride is simply who they are. They love their country and feel a real responsibility to create magical experiences for the people they host.We cannot recommend Central Tours highly enough. Their logo may be a goat, but it is completely fitting—they truly are the GOATs!

We had a wonderful time today with Katerina! They offered us welcome drinks and made sure we were comfortable for the entire 2-hour journey. We had children ages 2 - 15 and they all enjoyed! They also organized a sofa boat and fliteboard adventure to incorporate in the tour. Everyone who worked for the company was a pleasure to work with, from the office personnel to the captain and stewardess. Highly recommended!!!
