FABULOUS! Absolutely fabulous - highly recommend for any wildlie enthusiast. We saw Puffins, Sea Lions, Sea Otters, Dall Sheep and amazing scenery. The Captain and crew were very alert to widlife and were very accomodating so both sides of the boat got a viewing opportunity. I was also pleased that our Captain was not a "Road Hog" and made sure that other ships got to see our sightings as well. A great experience.

Gina stepped in when our tour companies booked with didn’t show up. We were a bit hostile as we waited an hour for our guide. Gina quickly out us at ease with her sweet personality. We had a great time at the hot springs. Toured the ice museum with her and got our wonderful appletinis! Then plenty of time to soak in the hot springs after an amazing dinner. Gina gave us recommendations on the menu so we had the scallops. Although we didn’t see northern lights she explained how she looks for activity and tried hard to find some. We loved her knoweledge for the area and were excited that she was going to be our guide the next day for the North Pole trip.

The guide was very informative and engaged with our group the entire time. I could tell he wanted to share so much more with us but under time constraints he couldn’t. Might be a future tour, with the same guide, that’s a little longer. But, when you’re enjoying yourself, time flys.. I booked this for me and my mom. I’m here on business and honestly didn’t have the time to join but I made time. She enjoyed a lot, so that made me happy.Visiting from Texas

The show was corky and fun. Great way to learn about Ketchikan’s lumber history and the exciting lumberjack sports.

Nugget falls were definitely worth the walk. The glacier is always amazing. Thanks for the opportunity!

Our guide for this tour had worked in the mines for over 35 years. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping to make sure everyone was safe and able to see everything. Panning for gold was fun and there were people there to help out!

My husband and I booked this tour when we got to downtown. Our driver, Alicia was amazing, friendly and most importantly got us back to our cruise ship on time. She threw in a few fun facts about the town on the way up to the visor center. On our way back she offered to drop us off directly at where our cruise ship was docked, which was the furthest away. Because of that we got to avoid the wait for the shuttle bus with the cruise line and stopped us from becoming bear bait by walking back 1.4 miles, again. Thank you Alicia for the experience! If you ever get a chance to use M&M tours, I hope you get Alicia as the bus driver.

My family and I had a great experience with the sled dogs in Juneau. You can tell that the people and dogs all enjoy what they do, everyone is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Getting to meet Grayson was a highlight of this trip, he was really fun to talk to about his experience running the Iditarod.

If You want to see the glaciers this is the tour to go on. it bought you right to the glacier where it was totally freezing. Definitely wear a winter hat and dress in layers to stay warm. the staff was fantastic and informative. Lots of room to sit or stand.

It was a wonderful, fun, and educational experience about the city! We only had a short amount of time to see Anchorage and our guide was able to inform us about many of the highlights in that short amount of time!

OMG this was worth every penny! It was a true all you can eat Dungeness crabs and they were AMAZING !! The show was awesome too!!

This excursion, while not part of a cruiseline experience was phenomenal and well worth it. It starts with a short walk to the Gold line Tram building. You want to be underneath of the wires on the parking lot side of the building and find thepeople holding a blue sign with yellow letters that say dolphin jet boat tours. You then take a short bus ride to a harbor. They load you up on a jet boat which for the ride out there is fully enclosed. Super comfortable. Couple of bumpsdeom waves. there's a naturalist on board telling you lots of different things about the area. The island that your circumnavigating whales and other Marine animals. I was really surprised about how well the other captains on board worked together to find the best whales to make the experience as good as it can be for the people on board the boats. When we do find whales they open up the hatches and allow folks to go outside and review the wildlife. At the end of the tour everybody comes back inside. We zip right back to the harbor. Then we board back on the bus. Then they take us over to the MendenHall glacier visitor center and we go and visit that location. The Mendenhall glacier as quickly melting and receding, so we were lucky to see it in our lifetime. Did I mention hot chocolate and coffee and snacks on the boat?
