Wow, what a beautiful place. The team (frida, Alejandro and the rest) were so hospitable. We were met outside our cruise ship and literally had to walk about 20 steps to get on the boat. We did the fury last time we’re here and this was such a nicer experience. So many fish when we snorkelled, lovely lunch and only about 25 guests.Bar was free flowing. Definitely recommend

The boat was big and...
The boat was big and comfortable, the workers kept it clean and explained the rules of the ship before we left . The ride was about an hour long down the coast with great views until we reached out destination . When we stopped they gave us 2 hours or so to snorkel dive , swim , drink and eat . We saw sea turtles and sting rays and tons of fish at the reef while snorkeling . The food was fresh and the drinks were good (they do not cap you on the free alcohol they want you to have fun) , the crew was nice and professional. Would recommend for anyone trying to look for a day trip (we were picked up at 645 am and got back to our hotel around 2pm).

We were unable to snorkel because the winds were so severe however (and they definitely let us know the day before, and gave us the option to reschedule to another day), we had an incredible time exploring the Jaguar park with Effrain as our guide. We got to see a museum with amazing archeological finds, tons of birds, ruins, the jungle, the beach, it was a glorious experience. We hiked about 5 miles, and enjoyed every minute of it. Lunch was great at the beachside. Our guide was so knowledgeable, and absolutely totally fluent in English, and patient with us. I learned so much about the area, and the Mayan history. Highly recommend!

Captain Jorge, Thomas, Bella and Chef Ricardo are an absolute powerhouse team on the Bali Catamaran. We booked the boat for the entire day and they delivered an incredible experience. Not only did they take us to amazing spots to dive, but they also caught fresh lobster and fish and prepared it right on board. Hands down, the best meal we’ve had all week during our stay in Tulum.

Nico and his crew were awesome and made for a very fun day. Spacious, clean catamaran. They take the open bar very seriously never leaving you without a drink in hand. Decent lunch of a sandwich, guacamole and pasta salad. It was too windy for us to snorkel so we stopped at a cove instead which was just fine. Photographer on board with the opportunity to buy photos at the end. Modern, air conditioned transportation from Tulum to Puerto Aventuras and great communication from the operator regarding pickup.Recommend paying the port fee in USD as the operator's conversion to MXN was way more than standard.

We booked this trip from Carnival Paradise and we had a wonderful time on the VIP Catamaran. Johnny, Margotio, Juan Ruban and Angel were a fantastic staff and provided many drinks for me and my family. The snorkeling was had some of the best sights I could ask for, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun day on the water!
