This was a wonderful tour, a memorable experience my family will remember as one of our best vacations. We had a private van with driver and guide for 3 days, and this made for a relaxing time even in the sub-topical heat. Each day in the morning, we would visit a Mayan site , and the afternoons were for cooling off by the water (we visited 2 cenotes). My favorite experiences were the bike ride on the ancient Mayan road in Coba and the boat ride in the mangroves of Celestun. The city of Merida is so charming with many Yucatán restaurants and free musical performances at various parks in walking distance of our hotel. Our hotel in Merida had the biggest selection of breakfast food I have ever seen, too bad I was stuffed from dinner the nights before. Our guide Emilio, give that guy a PhD in Mayan history and hospitality. I have never booked a private tour before and this was my first time using Cool Destinations. I am so pleasantly satisfied. Also thank you to the iguanas, turkeys, flamingos and crocodiles .

This was the first time coming here and the whole family enjoyed themselves. Casey and Elise made sure that we had a good time. The food was amazing. We will be coming back!

Our cozy cabin with incredible views of the Homer Spit and surrounding area from the balcony, included a kitchenette a Queen bed and a single bed. The breakfasts are fit for a king or queen, including eggs, bacon, reindeer sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit, muffins , an array of Alaskan homemade jams and sauces (spruce tip, fireweed, strawberry rhubarb) plus each day either pancakes french toast or other creation that Maria makes( we had chilequiles one morning as well! Too good to not overeat, but the food stayed with me all day!!And you can buy Maria’s cookbook with all those scrumptious recipes!!!😋Looking forward to seeing you again next year, Maria!!!

The property is beautiful, blessed with an excellent beach. The accomodations are well maintained , housekeeping top notch. The bad - Evening entertainment is spotty, daytime activity weak and the restaurants are very uneven. The French and Mexican are quite good, the others less so. The house wines are undrinkable, the wine menu is ridiculously overpriced. Breakfast buffet is wonderful as are the beach offerings. Bars are top shelf. Beautiful pickleball courts with tragically poor paddles and balls.

The ATVs, ziplines, horseback and cenote was a bad experience for me that was because of the company they rushed you on every activity, scammed you on your experience with not allowing you to take your own photos and charging you criminal prices to buy it of them also two people of the group fell of the horses and they didnt listen when I said wanted to ride with my husband as it was our honeymoon. We had like 20mins or less with each activity but longed out the meal at the end so you can spend lots of money in their restaurants and tried to charge us for the meal that was included with package this company was called extreme adventure cancun AVOID!!!!.The tulum, coba, cenote and playa del carmen tour was everything I loved this company and was the only reason way I rated 4 stars Raymond and Nathan was the best tour guides this was a whole day trip and was worth every penny and time I highly recommend just booking with CANCUN BAY!!! company as you will not feel disappointed they where funny, good listeners, very experienced and knowledgeable people who will make your tour rememberable many thanks to them it was a highlight our honeymoon hoilday.
