This was a great way to see Lisbon -- it is such a huge city that it is impossible to cover it all by foot, but our guide made sure that we saw a lot of highlights and took us to a couple of vantage points for great pictures and to make sure that we could spot everything of significance. (He also taught us several tricks to get around the city using escalators and elevators to avoid the hills!) A great introduction to Lisbon with a friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful guide. Very recommended for those who are looking to learn more and explore the city by foot.

Our guide (Nuno) was so knowledgeable and intelligent and spoke very clear English. He had plenty of water for us and went above and beyond when it came to our personal requests. He was so funny and personable and remembered our names and even changed the location of our drop off at the end of the day at the last minute per our request. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide. Nuno was excellent.

Andreia was an excellent guide and made the whole experience feel engaging, personal, and easy to follow. She gave us enough context and history to make both Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira much more meaningful, and Regaleira especially ended up being the highlight of my day.I also really appreciated how calm, professional, and confident she was throughout the tour. At one point, another visitor became aggressive toward a staff member, and Andreia stepped in firmly and handled the situation really well. It was one of those moments where you get to see what someone is like outside the polished “tour guide” part of the job, and I respected her a lot for it.She was knowledgeable, warm, funny, and made the group feel comfortable without overdoing it. She also surprised us with local Sintra treats during the tour, which I chose to interpret as our reward for being exceptionally well-behaved tourists 😂. It was such a thoughtful little touch and made the day feel even more personal.Andreia genuinely added a lot to the experience, and I would happily book another tour with her. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable and authentic Portuguese experience! Our guide, Francisco, was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and thorough, while also bringing such great energy and enthusiasm to the experience. What really stood out was Francisco’s passion for Portuguese food, culture, and traditions. He shared so much insight into the history and traditions behind the foods we tasted, making the experience feel much more meaningful than simply a food tour. He also took the time to get to know each of the guests, which created such a warm, personal, and welcoming atmosphere. And, of course, the food was incredible! We sampled so many delicious traditional Portuguese specialties that we were definitely NOT hungry when we left! Thank you Francisco for a truly memorable experience!

Wow Fernanda is amazing! My mom (67) and I (39) booked her Belem tour very last minute the night before and this was the MOST informative and insightful tour.Fernanda knows her history and provides context as to what else is going on in the world at the time key historical events were happening in Belem. That provides a great perspective.Not to mention, her explanation is very thorough and easy to understand. She has a great heart, good humor and very kind.I would take this tour and any tour with Fernanda again!
