Top day with a super invested guide and attentive to nature.

We went on the frozen waterfall hiking trip with Paula as our tour guide. This was hands down, the most enjoyable tour I have ever taken. Paula was amazing driving and leading us through the canyon. She was fun to talk with and helped encourage our group to chat. We, as a group of 7 strangers, left the tour as friends! I loved sliding down the icy slopes and taking photos under the waterfalls. We even got to watch a few ice climbers!My sister and I wore the boots and overalls supplied by the company and were very warm.

A very nice walk accompanied by a very friendly and interesting guide! The landscapes are beautiful, the agency adapts its departure times according to the crowds according to the periods so that we are not in the middle of the crowds and that the hike is done in peace in the calm of nature... Everything is well arranged, Nordic Odissey accompanies us with a lot of quality!

We were guided by Vesa. It was an amazing experience in Nature. We were a bit afraid about the difficulties of the walk but Vesa makes us feel safe anytime. Easier than we thought. He's very experienced and friendly. And he beautifully surprised us with his warm blueberry drink, soo good!. Thanks Vesa for your patience and your kindness. Definitvely best guide to repeat for next trips. :)

I definetly recommend it because we simply loved it. The guys at the agency had a problem with a guide and made a lot of efforts to maintain our hike which i really appreciate it! they are very professional and kind! Service, team, excursions, availability, advice, reception, communication.... Everything was on top! We were looking for a family atmosphere away from the big agencies putting profit first , and well with Nordic we found our happiness. If we have to return to a Nordic country, we will take Nordic back with our eyes closed!

We had Leo as our guide for two tours: the Korouoma Canyon hike yesterday and the husky adventure today. He was amazing both times. Leo is super attentive, helpful, and knows what he’s doing. He made sure everything went smoothly and that we all had a great time.As someone who works in tourism, it’s great to see young guides like Leo showing how capable and professional they can be. Not only him, but the whole team that assisted us through the whole process. It’s awesome to see the industry giving opportunities to young people and proving that they can deliver excellent experiences as well. I really connected with that since I’m also young and working in tourism. Thanks also to Emilie that was with us on the tour and took amazing professional pictures since we didn’t have our camera working that day - it was really appreciated.We highly recommend Leo as a guide and are so so glad we got lucky to do these tours with him. Great day out. Beautiful place. Our group was 7 people (8 was maximum) & we were given both clamp on spikes & a slider (kids sled) to play on if we wanted! Our guide was lovely & although there was lots of people there, we hardly saw anyone & had lots of time. We even requested a vege snack which was great. A must do.

We spent a superb day in Karouoma thanks to our guide Sophie as much for her welcome, her kindness, her knowledge as for her professionalism. A nice little extra: the loan of crampons, very practical in this canyon! The site is super beautiful, you can appreciate nature, the calm, the waterfalls. The Nordic Odyssée team is very responsive, serious and efficient, I really recommend it.

We trusted the Nordic Odissey team for our excursions for a family of 11 people and they are a top team! Very attentive to ensuring that everything goes well, they also know how to share their love of Finland with young and old. Thanks to Aurore, Hervé and Jérémy as well as those who stayed at the office and who helped us with the reservation problem at the Artic Snow Hotel.

This hike was challenging for me as I am unfit, however, Adrian, our guide, would just slow the group down a bit. I managed it, just going a bit slower and the view was worth it

Amazing scenery, the frozen waterfalls are for sure a must see! It just happened that I went on this trip in -30 C weather (a bit cold), but I loved it in spite of the cold. Martin is a very knowledgeable guide, I loved chatting with him. He was also very kind, he gave me his gloves, as mine were not keeping my hands warm. I highly recommend this tour with the Nordic Odyssey!

We really enjoyed this activity. The hike in the surroundings is delightful and not very demanding. We were a small group but the path is the same for everyone so there where plenty of other groups hiking as well. It is a pity capacity can not be controlled.The guide was really prepared and knew his way through nature. He cooked us a pretty tasty bbq. We loved the potato bread and carrots he brought to accompany de sausages. My only but is that he should had been more aware of the group and its pace.

I loved my walk in Korouoma National Park. The tour guide was very helpful and very friendly to talk to. Going to a national park in Finland is a must day. Seeing nature, the frozen waterfalls and breathing in the clean air. If the path was too slippy we slid down on our backside. I enjoyed eating sausages and drinking gloggi by the campfire. It was a perfect day
