For my most recent trip, my flights were far apart, so he came up with an itinerary where I had a small tour of Papeete and he was a wonderful guide. He made terrific suggestions about the farmer's market and where to get the best firi firi. He also helped me convert currency, weigh my luggage, and get me to every gate on time. The booking experience was very confusing and we ended up with extra bookings, but once that was sorted things went smoothly. Our driver was easy to find, helpful, and courteous and it was a relief to get to our hotel safely and without delays given that it was the middle of the night and we were very tired.

We were very pleased with this transfer service to the Rental Car agency at the Airport . The cruise port was chaotic and we easily found the ride coordinator who had us wait with our 5 pieces of luggage in a designated location until our driver arrived. He came to get us and helped move our luggage to the vehicle. Our driver was very nice and friendly. The SUV was new and immaculately clean. We highly recommend this transfer service.

We booked four transfers with Barnard. Each time he came on time, was very pleasant and personable. I highly recommend this service. The vehicle was clean and easily accommodated 6 adults with two pieces of luggage each.

The lovely lady picked us up right on time and handled all of our luggage and was a very good driver. We arrived to airport early for international flight. She unloaded all the luggage, helped get our wheel chair and stayed with us till airport services was with us to help with luggage and wheel chair. A great experience.

I highly recommend booking this service if you need transportation to and from your hotel. The drivers are super friendly and helpful and it eliminates the need to exchange currency and carry cash for taxi rides. They’re very prompt and do a good job of coordinating pick up times with you and your hotel so that you make it to your flight safely and on time. This service totally eliminates the stress of worrying about your transportation!

Everything worked out perfectly. Plus a very friendly and professional driver. Very pricey for the 10' drive to the airport, but this is the price level at this location.

Despite our previous experience with this company, I had already booked a second transfer for the end of our trip (that was non refundable). Luckily this time, the driver was on time (despite a 4:30am pickup), courteous and helpful. A way better experience the second time around.
