Airport Collections: Your driver can meet you inside the Airport Terminal upon arrival. All drivers will have a name board and are fully uniformed in Cab My Ride Business Dress.
Pickup instructions are emailed to you one week in advanced of travel.
Otherwise we'll meet you at the designated airport or port pickup points.
Hotel Collections: Your driver will meet you in the lobby of the hotel.
All drivers will have a name board and are fully uniformed in Cab My Ride Business Dress, we would request you provide us with your room number before the collection as the receptionist may contact you once we've arrived.
Cruise Terminal Collections:
Your driver will meet you at arrivals. All drivers will have a name board and are fully uniformed in Cab My Ride Business Dress. We recommend that you contact us on the day of your collection to specify what time you'd like the driver to arrive if you've not already been given a slot on board.
