You don't have to be a wrestling fan to appreciate this one-of-a-kind course that will teach you to trust and communicate through pro wrestling activities. Real professional wrestlers will guide you through basic moves, the psychology behind the babyfaces and heels of wrestling, promos if you choose, and finally a real 6-8 minute pro-wrestling match! All groups have the option to add picture and video packages to ensure you capture every moment of this lifetime memory that can be shared on socials.
