Step into our Acetaia, where decades-old barrels hold aging balsamic vinegar. Learn the meticulous process from cooked grape must to long barrel aging. End your journey with a guided tasting, savoring three of our wines and three of our vinegars, paired with Prosciutto di Parma DOP and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.
